Guest Column: November 3: An Historic Date in American History

Just two days short of Guy Fawkes Day (ref. V for Vendetta)
By Peter Hendrickson

Commerce Twp., Michigan: 15 years ago this 3rd of November, 2018, the very first 100% income tax refund in modern American history was issued by the United States. That $10,152.96 refund was of everything withheld during 2002 as Social security, Medicare and normal federal income taxes from the $58,965 salary of Peter E. Hendrickson.

Hendrickson’s deep research into the history of the tax, the judicial decisions concerning its nature and the fine print in tax law which is rarely seen by anyone, even IRS officials and judges, had revealed an actually quite limited scope to the tax. That research had also exposed a structural design by which people who have actually done nothing taxable are made to seem as though they had, causing the tax to be much more widely applied over the last 80 years or so than necessary or proper.

Deploying his unique knowledge, Hendrickson simply rebutted the misrepresentation of his earnings on which the IRS typically relies in determining tax liability. After what ended up being an extraordinary amount of attention to his claims by the tax agency, he received that first complete refund.

Even before that initial proof of concept, Hendrickson had published his research and findings in a 2003 book, ‘Cracking the Code- The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America’ (ISBN 0-9743936-0-6). By the time Hendrickson’s own second complete refund issued a year later (of everything withheld from him in 2003), more and more Americans were doing the same. Continue reading

Guest Column: Where’s the People…

… whose job it is to warn us of these assaults upon the Republic and its people?
And why aren’t they covering the story of the century?
And why aren’t liberty-loving YOU up in arms?

From LostHorizons.com [current ephemeral URL here]

“Stated simply, this is about an effort by the judicial branch of the U.S. government to force Doreen Hendrickson, a U.S. citizen, to commit the crime of perjury.  Because Ms. Hendrickson refused the government order to perjure herself, she was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison.  She has served 14 months of her sentence.  She has today been returned to prison to serve the remaining 4 months.  The reason she is being sent back to prison is that she still refuses to commit the crime ordered by the government.”

Shredding Lies And Revealing Powerful Truths, by Pete Hendrickson

A deeper-than-ever descent into corruption by the bad guys offers a better-than-ever opportunity for the good guys.

LAST WEEK’S NEWS-LETTER OPENED with a candid presentation to the world of the outrageous corruption being practiced at very high levels of federal officialdom against my good and beautiful wife, Doreen. Yesterday, I suffered the miserable experience of driving her to a place of imprisonment, more than 500 miles from home—for the second time in three years.

I have little joy in my heart, today; in fact, I have little heart in my chest, today. I have left it in West Virginia.

BUT THERE IS THIS: On Friday, a Motion for Reconsideration was filed in the federal district court under the mantle of which the assault on Doreen has been conducted for these past 5 years. The motion is a sharp-bladed shredding of what it unmistakably-reveals to be the deeply—almost psychopathically—corrupt January 16 denial of the Motion to Vacate Doreen’s engineered conviction which was filed last October. Brian’s Column: The ‘Love’ Catalyst

Could ‘love’ projection be the Missing Link for the (good) cause-oriented?

“… the greatest of these is love.”
— Jesus, 1st Corinthians 13:13

Just yesterday I was kicking around this notion that I had heard or read during my own spiritual Chautauqua, perhaps in conjunction with reading James Redfield’s, The Celestine Prophecy. [There was a passage where the main character projects his whole inner body core of positive energy toward a plant, or maybe a tree, resulting in a reciprocal receipt of the plant’s life energy into him. That is the meaning of love I’m using for this column, and what I believe Jesus is referring to in the Biblical passage I remember from my Lutheran upbringing. ]

As one who has been embarked for years now, 60+, with some major detours, on causes of one high kind or another, I can tell you it’s easy to fall into the trap of reactive mind —IOW just putting your heart on the shelf and cranking out concepts and judgments that you continually try to tie together in a logical, idealistic manner. Sadly, I’m only just learning my way out of such mental snares, which often render one’s words, however logically sound, bereft of feeling to one’s audience. [And then I wonder why so few really care what I have to say. It’s a common affliction in the truth, justice, and liberty movement.]

A Specific

Perhaps a week ago, seeking a way to popularize several of the salutary ideas presented in my novel, The Truman Prophecy (2016)—and in other immediate causes where the truth warriors are stymied—I delved into Twitter in more depth to see if it could be deployed as a tool to penetrate Good Big Ideas (GBIs) as memes through what I have called the “Barrier Cloud” of the Men of the Power Sickness. [The Barrier Cloud is a concept I created in my first major prescriptive cause-based book, The Sacred Nonaggression Principle. It refers to a sociobiological mind-control network that impedes the progress of humanity toward a society based on the nonaggression principle.] Continue reading

Brian’s Column: The Elation of a First-Time ‘Educated’ Filer

It’s the principle of it, but the retained earnings bring a broad smile

Cracking the Code, CtC“In the beginning of a change the patriot is a scarce man, and brave, and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot.” — Mark Twain

Oh no! Not another Brian column on the ‘convenient truth’ of the Hendrickson Discovery… and a call to Stand for Doreen. Yes, but this time it’s more. Up close and personal. Despite my long advocacy of Pete Hendrickson’s Cracking the Code understanding and so-called educated filing of federal income tax returns and claims, I’ve never actually done so. I’ve had decent reasons, my recent years of earnings have had no withholding applied to them from clients who, nonetheless, had filed information reports on me, and basically I lacked a felt need to file 1040s to correct or rebut the improperly reported ‘income.’

We’re not talking about large sums of money here. [Nonetheless, thanks to my recent part-time employee status that did withhold small amounts based on improperly alleged income, I shall be filing to correct and rebut those earlier erroneous claims.] This year, however, I have had amounts erroneously withheld, so I did file to correct and assert that those withholdings be refunded to me. I completed the work on the 15th, not realizing we had until today officially to postmark the filings. AND… I… FEEL… GREAT! Continue reading

Guest Column: Big Kahuna Tax Service

Just in time for tax season… the ‘convenient truth’ of Cracking the Code

Cracking the Code, CtCEditor’s note: It’s been my honor to know Pete Hendrickson for several years as a friend and a fellow warrior for liberty. As many of you know, the liberating (what I’ve taken to calling) ‘Hendrickson Discovery'[1] is one of those once-in-several-lifetimes findings (available for a mere pittance) that raises all boats and puts the wind at everyone’s back… that is, everyone not working for or receiving payments from the government.

Pete made his discovery in 2003, and his book has seen multiple editions since then. Enabling tens of thousands of Americans to recover several billion dollars incorrectly paid to the federal state… and to any of several state states who assess a tax based on a resident’s ‘income.’ YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT.  The upside potential is that if everyone were to not pay what they do not owe, we the people would recover or retain roughly $3 trillion in wealth, to spend it wisely on our own lives—rather than enable the Washington Leviathan to commit atrocities on roughly a dozen major fronts.

Brian’s Column: Doreen’s Status, Please Help

Doreen Hendrickson relief fund: http://gofundme.com/DoreenRelief

CtCOn April 11, 2015, Pete Hendrickson drove Doreen to the prison facility to begin her unconscionably severe 18-month sentence for refusing to obey a direct order from a federal judge that Doreen commit felony perjury on a tax affidavit. (Yes, it CAN and DID happen here.) Pete strenuously filed motions for ‘bond release until appeal’ to the sentencing judge, which judge vindictively ignored. Thus his wife and mother of two… and daughter and sister and dear friend to so many of us has taken up involuntary residence in the hills and hollars where world famous Martha Stewart did her time (though only for five months under ‘cupcake’ conditions… mainly because Martha did NOT refuse to lie to officials).

[Doreen Hendrickson: 48564-039, FPC Alderson A-4, P.O. Box A, Alderson, WV 24910. She would love to hear from you. Personally, I’m mailing her a letter per week for however long it will be, we hope only a few more weeks when the appeal is successful, as our good ol’ Bill of Rights is invoked.] Continue reading

Guest Column: Stand for Doreen Hendrickson, Dec. 10

screenprintPer Doreen, 12/9/14, this hearing has been adjourned without further information. Stay tuned for further updates.

Doreen Hendrickson, wife of Pete Hendrickson, author of Cracking the Code- The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America has a court hearing set for December 10, 2014, 1:30 pm, 231 W. Lafayette, Detroit 48226, 2nd floor, Victoria Roberts presiding, for sentencing on a contempt of court charge.

Per Doreen, 12/9/14, this hearing has been adjourned without further information. Stay tuned for further updates.

This is a case of retaliation against Doreen’s husband for his book, which clearly defines the difference between taxable income and earnings that are not taxable under the IRS Code.  Though numerous attempts have been made to discredit and suppress the book, especially through deliberate misrepresentation of its contents by government officials, nothing actually revealed in the book has ever been disputed.
