Brian’s Column: Elated Educated Filer, Victory #1

Michigan responds with complete refund of income tax incorrectly withheld

Michigan_Refund_VerticalNote: This is a followup column to my original column two weeks ago, “The Elation of a First-Time Educated Filer,” attesting to the liberating power of the so-called Hendrickson Discovery (ref. Pete Hendrickson’s book, Cracking the Code)—simply on the occasion of filing! Now, I have a ‘victory’ to report.

First, the start of the good luck story

It was a strange day, yet a day any gambling man would have bought a lottery ticket…

Doing errands then winding up at the Novi post office, Thursday, May 5. Buying Media Mail stamps to send out my latest book to potential reviewers of stature… then returned to my car, an 1997 Mercury Villager that I’ve been holding onto for sentimental reasons, but I tell people it’s an investment. Turned the key. Click, click, click. Dead battery, snow cone sized load of corrosion on the posts. First good luck: it’s a day out of paradise: clear blue, cool breeze, no trace of toxic atmospheric aerosol spraying, 65 degrees.

Now more good luck: Right next door is my place of work, where I have a part time job as a med tech driver, also my manager is in. So he offers to come over there to jumper the car, using my cables. In the meantime, in a nearby parking spot, a nice fellow exits his car and asks if I need a jump, says he has a portable battery booster/jump starter. I say sure. Nobody has a wire brush, but I clean the goop off the terminals with paper towels as best I can, and the key turns it right over. Vrooom. Starts right up. Good Samaritan Guy points out that the gauge says my alternator is successfully charging, too. Continue reading

Book Review: The Motor City Witchcraft Trial(s) (2014)

by Brian Wright
Book on kangaroo trial of Doreen Hendrickson sheds light on our truth…

Witchcraft… and liberation. [Reviewed by the author.]

Reposting from original date. For an update on Doreen with links to all the important sites and pages to help, please visit this page. — Proprietor

Since 2007, when I read Pete Hendrickson’s Cracking the Code, I, Brian Wright, have acknowledged and asserted my non-federally privileged status with respect to the federal ‘income’ tax. And believe all Americans to whom the ‘national excise tax’ does not apply should stop paying it (as a patriotic duty)… libertarians especially! Further, libertarians must learn and spread the immediately liberating and healing truths that Pete Hendrickson has unearthed… to hardstop the DC gangster state NOW.

As a personal friend of the Hendrickson family, I was caught up in the struggle to help Pete’s wife Doreen resist the vicious, arbitrary aggression by the court upon her for refusing a federal judge’s order to commit the felony crime of perjury. I attended her sham contempt trial in Detroit, for five days at the end of July 2014, and was moved to write this book—a journal of her ordeal and primer of the ideas for which she was persecuted—for her liberty… and ours. Brian’s Column: The Elation of a First-Time ‘Educated’ Filer

It’s the principle of it, but the retained earnings bring a broad smile

Cracking the Code, CtC“In the beginning of a change the patriot is a scarce man, and brave, and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot.” — Mark Twain

Oh no! Not another Brian column on the ‘convenient truth’ of the Hendrickson Discovery… and a call to Stand for Doreen. Yes, but this time it’s more. Up close and personal. Despite my long advocacy of Pete Hendrickson’s Cracking the Code understanding and so-called educated filing of federal income tax returns and claims, I’ve never actually done so. I’ve had decent reasons, my recent years of earnings have had no withholding applied to them from clients who, nonetheless, had filed information reports on me, and basically I lacked a felt need to file 1040s to correct or rebut the improperly reported ‘income.’

We’re not talking about large sums of money here. [Nonetheless, thanks to my recent part-time employee status that did withhold small amounts based on improperly alleged income, I shall be filing to correct and rebut those earlier erroneous claims.] This year, however, I have had amounts erroneously withheld, so I did file to correct and assert that those withholdings be refunded to me. I completed the work on the 15th, not realizing we had until today officially to postmark the filings. AND… I… FEEL… GREAT! Continue reading

Struggling To Protect Illegal Court Orders,
The Sixth Circuit Takes Aim At The Constitution, by Pete Hendrickson

VoidbyLaw_5In a desperate effort to shield from review illegal orders meant to suppress revelations about the income tax which have prompted the federal and state government to return billions of dollars to claimants over the past 13 years, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati rules that the First and Sixth Amendments are not binding on the federal judiciary.

In case you have missed the earlier material on this remarkable story, please see the following post:

A Petition For En Banc (Full Court) Re-Hearing Of Doreen’s Appeal Has Been Filed

THE BY-ANY-MEANS-NECESSARY EVASIONS OF THE PANEL THAT ISSUED A DENIAL of the appeal on March 11 are both transparent and a deadly threat to the rule of law. See them dispassionately discussed in the petition filed on March 25 with the court; or see the somewhat warmer and more alarm-bell oriented “inspiration for journalists” version. Continue reading

Guest Column: Big Kahuna Tax Service

Just in time for tax season… the ‘convenient truth’ of Cracking the Code

Cracking the Code, CtCEditor’s note: It’s been my honor to know Pete Hendrickson for several years as a friend and a fellow warrior for liberty. As many of you know, the liberating (what I’ve taken to calling) ‘Hendrickson Discovery'[1] is one of those once-in-several-lifetimes findings (available for a mere pittance) that raises all boats and puts the wind at everyone’s back… that is, everyone not working for or receiving payments from the government.

Pete made his discovery in 2003, and his book has seen multiple editions since then. Enabling tens of thousands of Americans to recover several billion dollars incorrectly paid to the federal state… and to any of several state states who assess a tax based on a resident’s ‘income.’ YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT.  The upside potential is that if everyone were to not pay what they do not owe, we the people would recover or retain roughly $3 trillion in wealth, to spend it wisely on our own lives—rather than enable the Washington Leviathan to commit atrocities on roughly a dozen major fronts.

Brian’s Column: ‘Aggregate’ Doreen Hendrickson

A simple plan to get the word out about …
the story in World Net Daily re: Doreen Hendrickson’s historic free speech case

WND_ArticleNo, by aggregate I’m not suggesting we inflict some new form of collective belonging on our poor heroine. 🙂 Rather, let’s each of us pick one or three of the top ten political news aggregators—like the Drudge Report, who operate as search engines of top news stories worldwide according to a user’s preferences (that’s what an ‘aggregator’ does)—to pick up the historic Doreen story by courageous reporter Alex Newman of World Net Daily (WND). We the people MUST take charage in getting out the word. Because quite obviously, the mainstream media are in the business of systematically blockading any story promising any semblance of truth, justice, and liberty to the human race.

The Aggregation Procedure—Please, Everyone at least Submit to Drudge

This is a simple procedure that will work. Pete Hendrickson, Shane Trejo, and a few others have come up with this plan. So let’s all just submit the Doreen story, as a minimum, to the Drudge Report, which is one of the more liberty-oriented of the giant aggregators.

  1. Go to the Drudge Report lead page here, then scroll to the lower right hand side, where you see a ‘Send News Tips to Drudge’ box.
  2. In that box, enter a variation of the following message: “Federal judge-prosecution team suborns perjury of Michigan woman, Doreen Hendrickson, in historic First Amendment case that can bring down the IRS: http://www.wnd.com/2016/02/woman-jailed-for-refusing-federal-order-to-commit-perjury/.
  3. Press the Submit button.

Guest Column: Doreen’s Case Publicized in WND

Woman jailed for refusing federal order to commit perjury
Case erupts over speech rights, due process and signature on tax forms
By Alex Newman, World Net Daily [Full original article here]

WND_ArticleWhen a federal court and the federal government ordered Doreen Hendrickson to sign a form under penalty of perjury that she believed to be inaccurate, the mother of two initially refused to comply.

Eventually, she obeyed but noted that the sworn statement was being made under duress.

Now, because of that decision, she is sitting behind bars for “contempt of court.”

A federal appeal is being considered in what sources called an “unprecedented” case, with arguments from both sides presented last month.

The case has broad implications for free speech and due process.

Hendrickson’s saga officially began in 2006, when the Internal Revenue Service claimed that refunds it had issued to her years earlier were mistakes, according to the family and official documents reviewed by WND. Continue reading
