Here I’m going to be laying out the new approach or business model for integrating the TLC program of Project Toto with the larger ‘how’ do we set up Project Toto to be maximally effective. In the grand scheme, Project 9/11 Toto is a sub of Project Toto generally. In turn, Project 9/11 Toto includes a) the social or business organization—analogous to my thinking for Points of Light groups—to stimulate membership (everyone is an activist, meaning a correspondent, in the 9/11 Toto Correspondents’ Society) and b) the actual TLC efforts of the members of the organization.
