BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, MI: On New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2011, President Barack Obama signed the unconstitutional National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 (NDAA). The Act contained sections 1021 and 1022, authorizing the military arrest and indefinite detention (without trial) of Americans and others, a legislative action in violation of the oath of office taken by congress and the president. This dangerous and unlawful edict  attacks freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom to petition our government for a redress of grievances, freedom to be secure in our persons, the right to due process when charged with a crime, the right of a trial by jury, all without any sunset provision.
