From Part 2: Toto, Curtain 3: Toxic Skies

Troy, Michigan. “Nothing mysterious or complicated about it.

“All you have to do is look up,” said Dr. Tanya Ryan.

“You mean to tell me those aren’t normal jet exhaust?” replied her client, Jack, a gentleman from Lake Orion in for his fortnightly lower-back adjustment.

With some time between sessions, she had walked with him to the front office, which featured a northern view of the skies over Oakland and Macomb counties. The atmospheric chem dumps were simply awful today—crisscross wide plumes low in the sky, also Morse-code type trails where the tankers turned the nozzles on and off.

She wasn’t sure who was most susceptible. Did it help to be fat or thin? Tall or short? Work inside or outside? Young or old? Smoker or non? All Tanya knew was many more of her clients complained of respiratory problems—and other symptoms associated with airborne bugs—these days than even 15 years ago when she began her practice.

She also knew that her own health was affected by such obvious toxic air trash. Dr. T was an avid golfer who won state championships in her college years; she didn’t get out to the course so much these days, but when she did, especially on a hot day when the tankers were running, it was like being bathed in a harsh air, like ozone: it caused mild burning sensations on her skin and in her lungs. Quite unpleasant, alarming.

So far, knock on wood, nothing worse.

But others suffer the pollution attacks extremely. Not surprising since these statrospheric aerosol geoengineering (SAG) plumes are reported to be:

“a dangerous, extremely poisonous brew that includes barium, nano aluminum-coated fiberglass [known as CHAFF], radioactive thorium, cadmium, chromium, nickel, desiccated blood, mold spores, yellow fungal mycotoxins, ethylene dibromide, and polymer fibers.”

Back to the here and now, Tanya spoke to her client:

“How old are you, Jack, 55, right?”

“That’s right.”

“Think back in your studly prime time 20 years ago, the mid 1990s. Do you remember ever seeing a sky like what you’re looking at now: an helter skelter matrix of lower-altitude thick, seemingly dripping particulates raining downward or scattered with the wind into an end-of-the-world haze? Like a hundred volcanoes throwing ash into the atmospheric from different directions?!

“Seriously, do you remember EVER seeing a polluted chemical crisscross sky like this one right now, today?!” she asked him, intently.

“Well, now that you mention it, no,” Jack responded, “It’s something that I would have remembered 20 years ago… as being exceptional.”

“In fact,” he continued, “it’s also a matter of what I do remember, namely that in a given month we would have 7-10 days where the sky was completely cloudless, deep blue as far as you could see, gorgeous. And clean. Those days not only looked clean, they felt clean and even tasted clean. It was fabulous and frequent.”

“And as you say, 7-10 days a month, often a couple of multiple four- or five-day clear-sky days in a row.”

“Sure enough,” Jack confirmed. “The only interruption in the perfect blue would be occasional high-flying aircraft with a thin spike-like contrail out the rear, which dissipated in seconds.

“Let me put myself back there again, 20 years ago. You know, even on the partly cloudy days, you wouldn’t see any haze or patterns like what you have here.”

Tanya ventured, “So those days we saw maybe 27 out of 30 days per month clear and clean with two or three days with haze or some unusual patterns in the clouds?”

“Right, and these days it’s 180 degrees opposite of that: we might see two or three clear and clean days with 27 days like what’s showing outside the window,” he confirmed. “Though this is absolutely awful what I’m seeing now. Off the charts.”

“Could it be that we’re having more and more of these awful days, and you’ve just gotten used to the daily aerial graffiti show?” Tanya asked.

“Could be,” Jack answered.

“Then why aren’t people up in arms?!” she wondered.

“Good question. I’m going to check it out,” he replied.

Dr. T still had some time before her next appointment, and she decided to further present to Jack some of her knowledge of the geoengineering activities in progress and the many dangers they entailed.

She told Jack that:

… she had been doing a lot of research of her own since maybe 2010 when the first reasonably widely marketed documentary film on the subject was produced, called What in the World Are They Spraying from G. Edward Griffin and Michael Murphy.

What in the World was the icebreaker for a lot of people who concerned about the poison soup enveloping large portions of the planet—it turns out mainly the NATO countries are being blanketed thanks to the financing and military purposes of the technology. This DVD gave you a fairly thorough picture of the following:

1. Yes, defense and intelligence agencies are funding and conducting highly secretive programs for spraying the atmosphere with a number of compounds for several possible reasons:
   1. Weather warfare[1]
   2. Solar radiation management
   3. Population control
   4. Industrial waste disposal
2. The chemicals and compounds they’re depositing into the atmosphere are damaging and even lethal to human beings.
3. With the exception of what you can count on one finger, none of our public officials is going to do anything to stop this high-crime assault.

The obvious question that many have—which question is also major fodder for the entrenched SAG-plume[2] denial community—why would these people behind the scenes foul the air we breathe when they breathe the same air?

The answer to that comes from some deeper observations by another key client that Tanya has known for a decade: Hiram T. Chance. In fact, Chance was the person who first stimulated her to go majorly cause-oriented on this and other broad beatings—especially attacks on health—threatening the species.

Chance toward the end of his Free State Project days wrote a book, The Sacred Nonaggression Principle, which consisted of seven modules that he published as standalone books. Module #4 book is entitled The Barrier Cloud, and contains Chance’s assessment of who is responsible for that psycho-sociological impediment.

There are two means of living for human beings, 1) creativity and trade or 2) control and aggression. Basically, who we call the New World Order or the Western Cabal are the current manifestations of the deep second method, whom the book names the Men of the Power Sickness. The MOPS are masters of control and completely moronic when it comes to creative thinking… or really production or thinking of any kind.

At the upper echelons of this biological defect they literally cannot walk and chew gum at the same time, they are utterly incompetent and dump as stumps. The fact that they are destroying themselves with any particular control technique they become addicted to is irrelevant; it does not come up in conversation. They are literally compelled internally by their defect to self-destruct.

Once again, John Lennon’s observation is pertinent:

“The world is run by insane men for insane purposes.”

Thus our job as creative productive human persons (i.e. Independents), according to Chance, is to extract these MOPS as we would remove a tapeworm or cut out weeds from an overgrown beautiful garden. In the particular case of fouling the air we breathe, healthy humanity—the garden of beauty and immense potential—is fast collapsing.

“Whoa, Joan of Arc, easy does it,” Jack smiles.

He is beginning to reel from all the information. Thankfully Dr. Tanya has taken time to write out most of the resources with links, then given him a link to the page on the Web where he can go to access the others.

Jack was one of her favorites, and the sort of can-do, Jaycee or Optimist Club businessman who had built a good life for himself and his family out here in the classic fashionable suburbs… where the nearby Somerset Mall still set the standard for Motor City opulence with excellence. By no means Detroit area’s glory days but holding on to a touch of class.

“Sorry, Jack. Listen, I’d like to discuss something with you in regard to these chemskies issues. I have another client who is an author and has created a system for simply sharing information about such matters… that for one reason or another the mainstream media are concealing. Do me a favor and access some of the sources from the links page I’ve identified, then I’ll set up a meeting.”

“You bet.”

Jack was fond of his chiropractor, too. As all in her profession, regardless of merit or standards, the medical cartel and Big Pharma made life as difficult as they could for any practitioners who preferred helping or simply letting Mother Nature do some of the foundational health work.

Her road hadn’t been easy, but she had managed to create a successful practice in the heart of the north-of-Eight-Mile locations that people found desirable. On her own, too, as a single mother.

After Jack left, Tanya phoned Chance.

“Chance, I’m in. And I think I have someone to work with to get the ball rolling for the Troy (and First) Chapter of the Clean Skies Toto Affiliate. How should we proceed?”

“Okay, what’s the name,” asked Chance.

“Jack Hart,” she replied.

Chance thought a minute, and said, “Let’s give him a few days to establish interest. Call Jack within five days, and ask him where he’s at with the handout material. If it’s all good, we’ll assemble at your office shortly after that.”

“Oh, and Tanya?”

“Yes?”

“Even if we don’t get Jack’s help, I think you and I can go ahead and move out on the initial Chapter formation, I’ll help you with the details.”

“Is the book finished, then?” she asked. It was just before Thanksgiving.

“Yes, it is, I have some finishing touches to apply over the long weekend. It will make a lot of what I’m proposing much clearer.”

“Like the clean skies,” she chuckled.

“Exactly,” he grinned.

Well, Jack started digging and was absolutely amazed at what he found about climate engineering and weather warfare, and the utter silence about spraying the Western and Nato populations like bugs… and probably for the same reason: extermination. We the people were clearly the targeted pest.

He didn’t wait for Tanya to call. He called her, and was happy to meet with this Mr. Chance Fellow he’d heard about and who was supposedly about to publish his first novel—which pertained to how we the (Independent) people would rise.

Exciting stuff.

They met at Dr. Tanya’s office, December 5, the Saturday following Thanksgiving Weekend.

“Very nice to meet you, Jack,” said Chance right off the bat, “and also to see you, Dr. Tanya. I do have a milestone to announce. My novel, hopefully self-fulfilling, The Truman Prophecy, is up on Amazon today.

The both of them were very glad to hear this news, and looked forward to reading it immediately. Chance had priced the Kindle version at a modest $7.

“Thanks, I think it makes a lot of the work and writing I’ve been doing clear, and also helps to motivate people to take the small but unique steps that I hope they will, as Independents, to realize the common goal.”

“Which is?” posed Tanya.

“In a phrase, their liberation, our liberation, the Rise of the Independents,” replied Chance. “As we sit, stand, and walk, ourselves, toward the light—the Global Truth Force of Satyagraha—the darkness ends.”

“Meaning the high-crime assaults,” offered Jack.

“Yes, I see you’ve done some advance reading,” said Chance with a glimmer in his eye.

“I have,” Jack replied. “I must say your Leaving the Sandbox is a masterpiece of political theory and practice. Even if it goes unheralded in these times of ‘wanton US federal crimes and terror’ [paraphrasing the subtitle].”

“It’s interesting that my work on that book led me directly to the concept of the Threat Matrix, which was integral to my After 9/11 Truth book, and now to this one… and to the task at hand.”

“Namely, tackling the toxic skies Threat,” said Tanya.

“Right, here’s what I want to accomplish today,” started Chance. “First, I want to make Jack here aware of the Toto Worldwide project and the prospectus that I’ve already discussed with you, Tanya. Second, I want you both to attend my First Chapter of 9/11 Toto public gathering at the Novi Library in early January 2016—to show you that template. Third, a week after that Novi meeting I want to meet with you or have a long three-way phone call to discuss launch of the first public meeting of the Clean Skies Toto Affiliate/Chapter in Troy, I guess. Your baby.”

The remainder of Chance’s part of the meeting was giving some additional background and foreground to the important issue… then his idea of the holes that needed to be filled first on the building of the Affiliate/Chapter.

Danger: Aerial Spraying of Toxic Chemicals

Governments and corporations are deliberately manipulating and altering Earth’s climate, endangering the lives of people all over the world. Two of the most extreme cases of geo-engineering are chemtrails – the release of toxic chemicals into the air that are poisoning people and the planet – and HAARP – an electromagnetic antenna array based in Alaska that can send radio-frequency radiation over large geographical areas and manipulate weather patterns causing earthquakes, tsunamis, and more. These projects represent some of the worst crimes in history, yet most people are unaware of them.

Over a hundred patents have been granted to major corporations, including Monsanto, for aerial spraying of materials that can penetrate your lungs and blood, cause disease, disrupt your mental capacity, cause you to be sterile and even cause premature death. These materials are being sprayed all over our planet – and on you – right now, without your knowledge or consent.

For over ten years, observers have been noticing white aerosol trails being dispersed in the skies that don’t behave like usual condensing jet exhaust. When seeking explanation, investigators are told by the government that these are just the normal “contrails” that we see coming from commercial jets and that they are perfectly safe. However, they don’t dissipate the way regular condensation trails do. They linger for hours, spreading across the sky, and are often laid out in cross hatch patterns. The government has refused to test samples collected underneath the trails. Now a TV news report from Germany has confirmed that their military is in fact doing aerial spraying of chemtrails.

An article from the NIH, the National Institutes of Health, confirms that not only are chemtrails real, but they are suspected to be responsible for a variety of neurotoxic conditions including MS.

In 2001, Congressman Dennis Kucinich of Ohio introduced “The Space Preservation Act”, HR 2977. As former head of the House Armed Services Committee overseeing U.S. military projects, Kucinich’s bill called for the peaceful use of space and a ban on “exotic weapons”, including chemtrails.

Intense spraying of dangerous chemicals from planes has been reported in, at least, the US, Canada, Germany, England, Australia, Mexico, South Africa, Bahamas, Puerto Rico and Croatia. A nasty mixture of parasites, pathogens, toxic heavy metals and nano-engineered particles have been found falling to earth from the trails of certain planes. Aluminum, barium, bacillus spores, radioactive thorium, cadmium, chromium, nickel, desiccated blood, mold spores, yellow mycototoxins, ethylene dibromide and synthetic nano-fibers are among the ingredients found in collected samples. As these fill the atmosphere and lodge in our lungs and blood streams through the air we breathe and the food we eat, it represents the most unavoidable toxic pollution in history.

In some areas under the spray, aluminum levels in the soil are so elevated certain trees and crops are struggling to survive. Interestingly, the USDA, which receives royalties on GMO crops, was recently granted a patent for seeds that can grow in soil with high aluminum content.

There are hundreds of photos of Chemtrails, ground based videos, and even a video shot from above a plane while it was turning on and off its sprayers.

The Council on Foreign Relations ran an article in its Foreign Affairs journal promoting the use of dumping heavy metals in the atmosphere to combat global warming. They also held workshops on the subject titled: “Unilateral Planetary Scale Geo-engineering and the Challenge of Global Governance.” Recently their conference in Monterey, California, called “Strategic Aerosol Geo-engineering” announced a ban on reporting such activities.

Theories as to what chemtrails are intended for range from enhancement of radar, to weather control, aerial mass inoculations, mind control, and sickening/weakening/culling the population.

Danger: HAARP (Electromagnetic Assault)

Given the choice, do you want to let the government manipulate the weather, create earthquakes and potentially control your mind?

HAARP, an electromagnetic antenna array project in Alaska, has been a joint effort of The US Navy, the Air Force, the ARCO oil company, Raytheon and the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. It’s the world’s largest antenna array, but it is not a listener, it’s a sender. It’s an “ionospheric heater” that can focus 3.6 billion watts of radio-frequency energy into a single area of the atmosphere.

The military and the patent documents say HAARP can:

• modify and re-direct the weather and the jet-stream as potential weapons
• manipulate and disturb human mental process through pulsed radio-frequency radiation over large geographical areas
• create electromagnetic pulse effects similar to atmospheric thermonuclear devices
• replace the current over-the-horizon radar system (potentially enhanced by all the aluminum dumped in the sky by the chemtrailers)
• wipe out communications over an extremely large area, while keeping the military’s communication system operative
• probe the Earth for oil, gas and mineral deposits

The defensive and exploratory capabilities of HAARP are what are being acknowledged publicly. Researcher Nick Begich has uncovered far more sinister probabilities and reported them in his book with Jeane Manning, Angels Don’t Play This HAARP and the video by the same name.

The “Earth-penetrating tomography” capability of the HAARP array can create a high-pressure bubble in the upper atmosphere. This bulges up the top of the Ionosphere, which then snaps back down sending an electromagnetic pulse into the Earth to detect oil or gas reserves. This same technique, however, with the levels of power generated by HAARP could theoretically cause earthquakes and potentially associated tsunamis. The Chinese government accused the US of intentionally initiating the quake of 2008, citing the use of HAARP.

Both Tanya and Jack regarded the Gamble article as an excellent summary and warning of the high, imminent danger humanity faces from these programs.

“So what’s needed for us to get started,” Jack asked.

“I’d like you both involved on the planning and launch,” responded Chance. “We need to move fast, yet without hurry or worry. ‘Maintain an even strain,’ as it were.

“First I want you to be familiar with the prospectus and with the implementation of the 9/11 Affiliate/Chapter. The latter is now available as part of The Truman Prophecy, identified as Curtain #2: Linchpin of Part 2: Toto. A fullfledged Toto Affiliate has the following elements:

• A short explanatory booklet of the Toto truth
• A personal letter of persuasion of the Toto truth
• A list of obvious contradictions to official story
• A questionnaire of 10-12 Toto truth questions

“As we roll out any Affiliate/Chapter, most will lack items #1 and #3. Item #1 is the more important, but builders can use good substitutes such as a dynamite video or another booklet or quality articles, such as what we show with the Foster Gamble summary post above.

“Item #3 shouldn’t be hard to construct from sites referenced by the Foster Gamble article and others above. For challenge facts to the official story, another extremely courageous and powerful off-mainstream magazine article came in the August 2014 issue of Southern Coast: “An Air of Danger: Why are we modifying our global breathing space?” by Rob Saint Laurent. Check it out.

“Item #2 is an essential, so why don’t you two get together and write the letter, again, using the 9/11 Toto letter for a model.

“Finally, a questionnaire will need to be written. Eventually, we want to have clean obvious facts posed in the form ‘Did you know that?’ followed by the questions (undisputed facts) with boxes next to them.

“The questionnaire will be an iterative process. What we want is ironclad questions/facts that show: a) geoengineering is happening, b) people are being harmed by it, and c) specific individuals and organizations are responsible who must be indicted by a grand jury for assault.

“Unfortunately because of the high-secrecy of the toxic spraying programs (and that government and corporate officials at all levels cooperate diligently to conceal the environmental realities), it’s very hard to get widespread, scientifically vetted evidence. But it’s available if you dig. Best sources for the moment: Dane Wigington’s geoengineeringwatch.org and Clifford Carnicom’s site carnicominstitute.org.

The Clean Skies Toto Questionnaire—Starter Kit

Governments around the globe long ago made the decision to alter and manipulate Earth’s weather and climate systems… without the knowledge or consent of the public.

1. Toxic aerosol spraying of the atmosphere (TASA or TAS) poisons every breath we take with microscopic toxic nanoparticulates… that seriously damage our respiratory and neurological systems and cannot be filtered out.
2. The protective layers of the atmosphere, most specifically the ozone layer and the ionosphere, are being shredded by the aircraft sprayed aerosol clouds.
3. TAS is strongly contributing to the current methane planetary emergency now occurring on the East SIberian Shelf of the Arctic—massive methane expulsion from the sea floor.
4. Saturating the atmosphere with geoengineering particulates ‘diminishes and disperses rainfall.’ TAS causes devastating droughts around the globe; ruinous deluges, paradoxically, are also connected to TASA climate engineering.
5. TAS is causing ‘global dimming’ on an immense scale. Current global figures are averaging ~20% reduction in sunlight, but in some areas, 30% less… from only a few decades ago.
6. TAS greatly reduces wind flow overall. Like sunshine, wind is a major component of evaporation. Reduced wind => reduced evaporation => diminished and reduced rainfall.
7. TAS particles are ‘light scattering’ materials. This alters the light spectrum and inteferes with normal plant photosynthesis, causing other negative effects on all life forms, many of them long-range and unpredictable.
8. Our air, soils, and waters are being poisoned constantly and thus sterilized by the highly toxic fallout from TAS programs. Damages already caused to our ecosystem are cataclysmic.
9. Bioavailable aluminum—now in nearly every drop of rain falling around the globe—is very harmful to most plant life. When the plants detect such contamination, they shut down nutrient uptake to protect their DNA… and slowly die.
10. TAS is now affecting all global weather. Today, no weather anywhere is ‘natural.’ Global species extinction rate is beyond shocking: in the range of 200 species every day.

Dr. Tanya and Jack Hart became thoroughly excited now about forming the Clean Skies Toto Affiliate and First Chapter. They had both read Chance’s book After 9/11 Truth and then his Toto Worldwide prospectus and had a few questions about how to get going with the Correspondent teams.

Chance said, “The one thing I want to emphasize is that nothing is set in stone as to how any Affiliate/Chapter goes about recruiting Correspondents or even how to make lists and target the Respected Denier community.

“The beauty of laying out a few general core processes and rules but not the details is that it allows practitioners latitude to come up with process improvements. As an example, I just now had the thought that another approach to recruiting Correspondents is for recruiters to have a canned PowerPoint presentation and take it to speak at receptive groups… say, Campaign for Liberty gatherings.

“You would give a standard little spiel about the toxic skies problem, advertise some books and DVDs, hand out some literature, and then tell them what we do at Toto… which is to send personal letters, individually, to our Respected Denier lists. And monitor results. ‘We have a system for that. Here’s a brochure, etc.’

“’So if that sounds like something you would like to do in a fun social atmosphere, then please sign here and we’ll call to set up the next step.’

“Note: the actual Correspondent recruitment system has yet to be worked out; it will be a simple cell structure reminiscent of how the Communists were organized in the US to affect public policy—though we won’t be secret, merely motivational by exclusivity and pride of work. [The novel anticipates some of the methodology.]”

They wanted to know a little more of what Chance had in mind on the recruitment process. But finally just inquired if Chance had anything else to discuss before ending the meeting.

“Only one thing,” Chance concluded. “The deeper you get into TAS and the toxic skies high-crime assault, the more catastrophic our species’ current condition will seem to you. Yes, it is a very urgent problem that affects humanity as a whole; frankly, it’s entirely possible that the intentional climate attacks to this point are so severe that we may have already reached a runaway scenario. A so-called Venus Syndrome.

“We can choose to eat healthful food and also minimize our contact with unhealthful water. But we cannot stop breathing the air; if the air is poison, we are all SOL—an acronym for having run out of options.

“Okay, there’s two things! Because of the urgency and the rampant criminality of those performing these environmental acts of aggression, it’s bound to occur to all Toto participants that on the toxic skies issue, in particular, the restoration of empowered grand juries is an absolute necessity… for survival.”

“I’m ready,” said Tanya.

“I’m ready,” said Jack.

“Then to use a quote from Victor Lazlo in Casablanca, ‘Welcome to the fight. This time I know our side will win.’ Abyssinia 🙂 … in a few weeks.”

[1] The use of the weather for war is a longstanding practice among megastates. Complementary to the chemical spraying is electromagnetic manipulation of the atmosphere—again mainly for war or covert public policy objectives—epitomized by the US defense department’s HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Project).
