It all started on DailyPaul for me earlier in the day. It’s not going to end any time soon. Check out one or two of the links provided in the article. It’s a bomb shell.

I don’t really know much about Edwin Vieira, but from what little I’ve read over the past several years, he’s truly an extraordinary Constitutional scholar with immense vision. I sense that he’s profoundly correct: the rightful grand jury and the constitutional militiae work hand in hand, and, further, they will both be essential to navigate free Americans through the coming crash of the monopoly money and credit system (and everything that accompanies the controllers’ machinations).

I’m 65 now, but in good health and am prepared to volunteer to serve in both judicial and militia capacities.

For now, I recommend at least checking out the two page summary of Vieira’s thrust here.

I’m sending this message initially to my associates in FEJA to keep the ball rolling in a positive direction, because the route to ‘valid’ grand juries I’m fairly confident is explained on the commonlawgrandjury website. Further, I believe whatever it’s arguing is already fairly standard understanding in the ‘patriot community’ and, I hope, free of the ravages of ego from some in the National Liberty Alliance.

Also, by the way, I expect everything that Vieira proposes is synergistic with my own work on the Good Neighbor Libertarian citizen empowerment and official accountability system for grassroots liberty success. [We can do either or both to good effect.]

Actually, I’m getting a distinct feeling that what’s afoot here is the groundwork for the 2d American Revolution. Per the words of John Adams:
