First, Toto pulls back the curtain.
Then Dorothy reads the riot act to the Wizard.
Toto = What is.
Dorothy = So what?
From the Prophecy:
Toto = the Truth Realization phase.
Dorothy = the phase of doing something about it.
In Toto, the heroes of our story—fulfillers of the Prophecy, leaders of ‘the Independents’ (aka Indies or I’s):
- Expose the tools of deception
- Show how to focus Truth to create more Indies
In Dorothy, the A-team snowballs the Grand Indie breakout along three parallel lines:
- Reassert grand jury power to fight government crime and end the deep state—Operation Scarecrow
- Grow countrywide, image-rich gesture of healing in tandem with 2016 election—Operation Tin Man
- Create worldwide Independents’ haven(s) honoring the nonaggression principle—Operation Lion
Simple, yes?
Yes, but the Prophecy is self-fulfilling. We choose.
Opposition from the Old World Order remains strong, like what our colonial ancestors faced…. From Gandhi:
“All through history, the way of truth and love has always won. There have always been tyrants and murderers and for a time they seem invincible, but in the end they always fail. Always.”
The Little Things
As explained in The Dawning, the Prophecy came to the the Prophet in stages, as a consequence of inspired, motivated thinking, big revelations, and ultimately on routine incidents carrying large messages.
The latter are the person-to-person ‘pay-it-forward’ building blocks of the Billion+ Points of Light Society.
Example:
Chance working his part-time job as a driver medtech, rolling a 700# piece of evaluation equipment in and out of nursing homes, leaves a facility. Elderly gentleman, probably visiting one of the residents, holds the door for Chance to enable exit of the Beast.
Chance senses the good-natured heart of the man, somber, probably a loved one down, needing to feel that life matters and to carry on, that someone, anyone really cares enough to share anything from the heart.
Referring to the doors, Chance talkatively volunteers:
“Thanks, these are pretty bad. You wouldn’t believe how the ingress and egress methods for so many facilities are like going back into the 1950s. The good ones are automatic, sense your presence, then open to a double wide. I remember where my mom was staying…” and so on.
Leading to some conversation from the gent, and a smile.
Nourishment. Indie soul to Indie soul. A hand up, not a handout. Compassion unchained and freely given. Like the Lone Ranger’s Silver Bullet or a sweep of Zorro’s cape in the wind, a calling card: You;re okay, I’m okay. We’re in this humanity thing together… yet all priceless individuals.
Soul share little gesture time after time thru victory.
Per John Adams:

The Revolution was in the minds and hearts of the people; a change in their religious sentiments, of their duties and obligations… This radical change in the principles, opinions, sentiments, and affections of the people was the real American Revolution.”
