We need an independent grand jury to investigate the FBI shooting of LaVoy Finicum… here’s how…

According to several reputable media sources:

Mr. LaVoy Finicum (one of the individuals who occupied the Malheur Wildlife Refuge) was shot and killed illegally—he had surrendered and his hands were in the air—while being taken into custody by FBI agents on January 26, 2016. Several witnesses report that the FBI blockaded then ambushed the two vehicles, one vehicle in which Mr. Finicum was riding. The FBI fired “100 shots” at the vehicles. No shots were fired by any of the vehicle occupants.

What appear below are two letters that, if their recommendations are followed, I am convinced will bring a solution:

1. Letter to Grand Jury Foreman of US District Court in Pendleton, Oregon
2. Letter to my own Congressman in the 11th Congressional District, Michigan

They call for a) an independent grand jury of our peers (in the Pendleton jurisdiction) to investigate the FBI shooting and bring indictments if required and, b) an independent grand jury to investigate the apparent general acts of aggression and judicial corruption committed upon Western landowners by the federal government in general.  The two letters are linked to Word document files, that may be used as templates for any American citizen to call for such action by writing to the US District court and their own Congress members.

Let’s create a grassroots letter writing movement for invoking and restoring our common sense grand jury protections against government crime and corruption. Starting by finding out what happened to this man… and then bringing indictments against government officials for murder, if probable cause is determined.

Dear Foreman:

Mr. or Ms. Foreman, we do not know what happened and my understanding is that the purpose of a grand jury is to determine the facts and subpoena witnesses to bring indictments of any government official or agent for whom probable cause exists they committed murder. Can you tell me how to proceed to issue an actionable petition for your grand jury to investigate the FBI shooting of 12.26.16 near Burns, Oregon?

Please tell me how I may petition further that, in conjunction with the independent grand jury to investigate the Finicum killing and use of excessive force by the FBI, you also either hear or empanel a special independent grand jury to hear complaints and petitions of federal wrongdoing and acts of expropriation and egregious acts of aggression in general against innocent land holders in the West.

[Note: It is my understanding that any legitimate grand jury, sitting or specially empaneled, must be composed of a random selection of registered voters representative of the area of jurisdiction—i.e. where the alleged government crimes have been committed. Further, is it true that such juries, must exclude any federal employees, contractors, or agents?]

With your help I would like to issue a petition as a United States citizen of full authority, with other such fully authorized citizens, as having oversight responsibilities of federal officials and employees who appear to be breaking American First Principles of life, liberty, and property; violating the Constitution; or simply acting criminally or corruptly, endangering the general public.

To reiterate: Please advise how I may proceed to initiate a fully empowered grand jury of the people to investigate the killing, then also launch a fully empowered grand jury of the people to investigate legitimate allegations of federal crimes against property owners of Western lands—also gross judicial misconduct attending to those crimes.

Note: the jurisdiction for the grand jury and for hearing cases pertaining to the Burns, Oregon, ‘standoff’ belongs at this district court (which apparently is not staffed or active):

Mr. Trott, we do not know what happened and the purpose of a grand jury is to determine the facts and subpoena witnesses to bring indictments of any government official or agent for whom probable cause exists they committed murder.

Accordingly, as a United States citizen with standing in all matters that deal with endemic federal criminality and corruption, I am seeking to petition the federal district court in Oregon to refer the matter of such apparent gross misconduct by federal officials to its grand jury, which shall act Constitutionally as the people’s monitor to investigate the matter and, if necessary, indict those responsible for the crime.

I have enclosed my petition to the 9^th US district court in Oregon.

Knowing that you are a tireless fighter against incipient federal tyranny, I ask that you use your office to support a fully empowered grand jury investigation of the Finicum killing, and also a broader grand jury investigation into federal aggression against property owners in the American West. Perhaps you can initiate special legislation to adequately compensate citizen jurors in the latter grand jury effort, in particular.

So the process is simple: Download the Word files to your own computer, change the parting salutations to your name and the inside address to your own and the date you are writing the letters. Then send them via US mail as described. For your letter to your Congress member, include the letter to the district court. Also, send a carbon copy of the grand jury letter to the district court to its chief justice. 

PS: This process has potential for bringing the American people’s inherent, Constitutional justice for any act of government treachery and aggression. More to come. — bw
