Guest Column: Ultimate Proof of DOJ Corruption and CtC Validity

Trial testimony of a DOJ attorney has now proven that the government deliberately lies about the content of CtC
From email by Pete Hendrickson

BACKGROUND:

DOJ Tax Division attorney Robert Metcalfe testified under oath in the show trial of Doreen Hendrickson on a charge of contempt of court for 1. refusing to replace her freely-made sworn tax returns for 2002 and 2003 with returns dictated by Metcalfe, and 2. for purportedly filing a tax return for 2008 based on the notion, purportedly found in her husband’s book, ‘Cracking the Code- The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America’ (CtC), that only government workers are subject to the income tax.*

According to the charge, Mrs. Hendrickson’s actions violated orders made to her by federal district judge Nancy Edmunds in 2007. However, Metcalfe’s testimony revealed that in fact, he wrote the orders Hendrickson allegedly disobeyed.

It also came out during the trial that even though the orders bearing Edmunds’ signature make declarations about the content of arguments presented in Peter Hendrickson’s book (such as the allegation that Hendrickson argues that only government workers are subject to the tax), Edmunds had never read the book. Nor had she ever questioned or had before her any witness regarding its contents (nor any witness, period) before signing the Metcalfe-written orders.

Further, the argument purportedly found in the book not only does not appear there but is very expressly debunked in the book. The assertion that the book makes that argument is also belied by the government’s own documentary evidence, which had been presented to Edmunds (and was, of course, known to Robert Metcalfe, who also admitted under oath to having read CtC before writing his false “findings” and orders concerning the book). See the attached .pdf or http://losthorizons.com/Documents/FalseAscriptions.pdf.

Nonetheless, the IRS has endlessly repeated the canard about the content of CtC for more than ten years now– even while steadily issuing $billions in 100% refunds for over 15 years now to filers acting on what ACTUALLY appears in the book. See http://losthorizons.com/BulletinBoard.htm.

Article: Open Letter to Governor Don Siegelman (#24775-001)

Sharing a special relationship that I hope to continue when he’s out
by Brian R. Wright

Note: Democratic Governor (1998-2002) of the State of Alabama was selectively, maliciously, and (demonstrably) criminally prosecuted by the federal judiciary for an appointment of a major campaign contributor to a nonpaying position on a state board—no funds went to the governor personally. [If every political figure were prosecuted for a quid pro quo response to a campaign contribution, there would be no political figures. The miscarriage of justice occurred under auspices of Karl Rove and the US Justice Department running amok with spite of the widely popular Siegelman for impeding the Republican gang’s power plans for Sweet Home Alabama.]

Further, Siegelman received an outrageously harsh sentence of seven years in the Oakville, Louisiana, federal facility. He’s due out in February; supporters are asking Obama to issue the governor a full pardon; Siegelman’s ordeal has received mainstream media attention over the years, including coverage by 60 Minutes. A documentary movie is near to being funded as we speak, entitled Atticus and the Architect, that promises to be a bombshell. It may actually result in the prosecution and conviciton—for criminal conspiracy to deprive liberty—of the notorious Bush operative and dirty tricks sadist, Karl Rove… aka “The Architect.”

Please help with the final days of fundraising to produce this extraordinary film!

My own awareness of Governor Siegelman’s case emerged a few years ago, and my support of him stems from consideration of the fact that we are all in this corrupt system together and if such blatant injustices and high-level corruption can happen to a former governor they can sure happen (and do happen) to you and me. Plus, I am just drawn to stand up for a good man of such notoriety for humanitarian reasons. The toll on him and on his wonderful family is simply staggering. I have sent him notes where he has been caged, and I sent him a Christmas card. I have also donated small amounts on numerous occasions to his cause. Continue reading

Brian’s Column: Form Grand Jury on the FBI Killing

We need an independent grand jury to investigate the FBI shooting of LaVoy Finicum… here’s how…

2d_revolutionAccording to several reputable media sources:

Mr. LaVoy Finicum (one of the individuals who occupied the Malheur Wildlife Refuge) was shot and killed illegally—he had surrendered and his hands were in the air—while being taken into custody by FBI agents on January 26, 2016. Several witnesses report that the FBI blockaded then ambushed the two vehicles, one vehicle in which Mr. Finicum was riding. The FBI fired “100 shots” at the vehicles. No shots were fired by any of the vehicle occupants.

What appear below are two letters that, if their recommendations are followed, I am convinced will bring a solution:

  1. Letter to Grand Jury Foreman of US District Court in Pendleton, Oregon
  2. Letter to my own Congressman in the 11th Congressional District, Michigan

Doreen Hendrickson, wife of Pete Hendrickson, author of Cracking the Code- The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America has a court hearing set for December 10, 2014, 1:30 pm, 231 W. Lafayette, Detroit 48226, 2nd floor, Victoria Roberts presiding, for sentencing on a contempt of court charge.

Per Doreen, 12/9/14, this hearing has been adjourned without further information. Stay tuned for further updates.

This is a case of retaliation against Doreen’s husband for his book, which clearly defines the difference between taxable income and earnings that are not taxable under the IRS Code.  Though numerous attempts have been made to discredit and suppress the book, especially through deliberate misrepresentation of its contents by government officials, nothing actually revealed in the book has ever been disputed.
