Brian’s Column: American First Principles Day, August 2

Setting up the Holiday and Invoking Our First Principles for the Common Good
By Brian R. Wright

Recently, while in attendance at the Oakland County, Michigan, meeting of Campaign for Liberty (C4L), master of ceremonies, Dennis Marburger, stated that the actual signing of the Declaration of Independence occurred on August 2, 1776. I had forgotten this little acknowledged fact, but truly this is a significant day. Because this is when those in the assembly actually put their ‘lives, fortunes, and sacred honor’ on the line. Perhaps more important to ‘the course of human events’ than political independence from England is the Declaration’s famous statement of what have become known as American First Principles—and, further, the foremost universal statement of INDIVIDUAL rights:[1]

  1. Equality before the law
  2. Natural rights of the individual
  3. Government’s sole purpose to secure these natural rights
  4. Government’s powers deriving from the People
  5. People’s direct authority to monitor and control government, even dissolve it

AKA American First Principles. These are the foundation of all valid laws for ‘our people’ … and by extension any other peoples willing to assert such inherent natural rights. [For ‘rights’ one may read ‘fundamental freedoms.’ I’m not going to quibble over terms. Like Ayn Rand, I’ll stipulate that a right is the moral claim of “freedom of action in a social context.”] The point is our individual rights—no matter who we are—are inviolable and we the people are in charge of all public servants whose job is solely to secure these rights. They screw up, we step in… it is a legal necessity and, indeed, we are morally and civically obliged to do so.

Here’s what I have in mind…

Your American First Principles have taken a major hit from terminally corrupt government, as I’ve explained in my novel, The Truman Prophecy, and in the summary of my political philosophy, Trumanism. Not only are we seeing an avalanche of aggression by the system against individuals under the cover of law, we have maybe a dozen ongoing, what I call, pervasive high-crime assaults (HCAs) being conducted by the global power structure which have as their intent “to reduce us under absolute despotism” (or, even more likely, genocide). We need to go on our people’s grand-jury offensive via First Principles before that option is precluded.

What this means is we start the ball rolling by writing a complaint to invoke people’s grand jury investigation to produce indictments of any government official or agency abrogating our First Principles, as individuals, and against any government or allied official who is in the business of conducting a high-crime assault. Today we have no effective people’s independent grand juries, so for a while we have to finesse the existing system by channeling the complaint to a sitting grand jury via the prosecution complex (DA, Attorneys General, country prosecutors, etc.). The procedure is documented in this project written by Kelly Mordecai, who got the ball rolling for people’s independent grand juries with his book, The Hidden 4th Branch: A corrupt government’s worse nightmare.

The problem is today’s grand juries have been corrupted and distorted from their First Principles origins by a succession of wounds by the Men of the Power Sickness (MOPS). Yet they still exist in their native form and we the people still have the right to them—an impartial body of our peers standing as a sword and a shield between us and bad government and bad officials.

Phase 2: Raise Proper Grand juries and Militias[2] with 1st Principles Day Movement

In conjunction with 1st Principles Day popularization, we shall create a movement to resurrect proper PRIME (people’s restored independent multilevel everywhere) grand juries. The reason we the people are staring down the barrel of tyranny and corrupt government is we have let go of THE major tool of popular enforcement of justice: the grand jury.

Think about it. Any case you can name: A corrupt power-tripping judge ignores the law and sentences Doreen Hendrickson to prison for contempt because Doreen refuses to perjure herself. Libertarian candidate for Detroit Clerk is beat up by Wayne County Community College cops and the judge rules he is trespassing for standing peacefully on public property. Georgetta Livingstone’s ‘smart’ utility meter severely damages her health and she is forced to adopt alternative energy devices, then assaulted in court by her home-owner’s association who aim to evict her. They’ll get around to every one of us eventually. [In fact, they already have with perpetual poisoning of our skies via aerosol spraying.]

On top of the HCAs, you have hundreds of tax cases, thousands of custody or family law cases, tens of thousands of drug prohibition incarcerations and wealth extractions (which include the nonoffense of ‘drunk’ driving), untold numbers of simply cruel and unusual laws that no fully informed (trial) jury of one’s peers would enforce. It’s a wonder anyone has the wherewithal to enjoy any sort of normal life of work, family, or peaceful enjoyment of his property.

Thus here in the world of form of practical politics lie two urgent solutions: 1) exposure of gross violation of every individual’s American First Principles and 2) restoration of the institution of PRIME grand juries to wield justice to the violators and their would-be victims. That means Toto pulling back the curtain on the Bad Wizard and Dorothy reading the Bad Wizard the riot act… exactly what I describe in The Truman Prophecy. Then, as the title suggests, what is actually a precondition for 1) and 2), the rise of Independent psychology, as exemplified by Truman Burbank in The Truman Show (1998: inspiration for my novel).

Our first order of business is as Morpheus tells Neo in the movie, The Matrix:

“Free your mind!”

Morpheus also tells Neo that he didn’t say it would be easy. I know the above seems hard to grasp, much less to implement, and I’m sorry. I am only at the stage of initial discovery: the process of working out the details needs to be radically simplified for the general public. Fortunately, a very substantial portion of humanity is already Independent for all intents and purposes—that would be the truth and justice movements described in the philosophy of Trumanism in connection with seven principal HCAs here:

  1. Tax Lies—thoroughly exposed and remedied at the practical personal level by The Hendrickson Discovery
  2. False-Flags—the 9/11 attacks/coverup and other major false-flag acts of state terror, many with deep-state, globalist architects
  3. Toxic Skies—covert atmospheric aerosol spraying and electromagnetic bombardment of the ionosphere (HAARP)
  4. Frankenfoods—massive distribution of harmful genetically modified organism (GMO) crops to world populations
  5. Fry & Spy—radio-frequency (RF) and dirty electricity now principally thru electric ‘smart’ meters: surveillance, health/safety violation
  6. Sliming Baby—medical fascism, particularly via mandated vaccines that whack immune systems and escalate the autism epidemic
  7. ‘Botting’ Junior—compulsory state factory schooling, longtime affliction of the body politic, acculturating kids to prison planet

Each of the linked terms above take you to a significant foundational video(s) or book(s), which yield fairly noncontroversial evidence of the HCA, certainly sufficient to empanel a people’s independent grand jury(s) to investigate and bring indictments of corrupt, criminal persons responsible. My claim is that we have sufficient Independents to make a start—that is, to understand and to begin practically to put into effect a benign, free society—giving us a head start until my final two books in the Global-Spring movement see light.

In the meantime, let’s launch AFP Day. Inform the authorities. Sample letter to your federal, state, and local legislators—and to all political entities seeking to affect governing bodies:

Dear < >:

Please take a moment and assert your own personal commitment to America’s First Principles in our country as defined in the Declaration of Independence, then call on all levels of our constitutional government to bring awareness to the deep and urgent need to put our First Principles into effect daily in all our institutions, by establishing August 2, annually, as American First Principles Day. [August 2, 1776, is the date that those assembled in Philadelphia and voting for American Independence put their lives on the line by signing the document.]

America’s First Principles are set forth in the Declaration in its second paragraph, beginning with the words, “We hold these truths to be self-evident….” These principles, inviolable by any government or person, are distilled as follows:

  1. Equality before the law
  2. Natural rights of the individual: life, liberty, property
  3. Government’s sole purpose to secure these natural rights
  4. Government’s powers deriving from the People
  5. People’s direct authority to monitor and control government, even dissolve it, when it is destructive of individuals and their natural rights.

As a practical matter, < >, the people’s direct authority expressed in Principles 4 and 5 entails people’s independent juries, grand and petit, free from state control, as the ultimate 24/7 authority over all branches of government at any level and any jurisdiction. Thus, effecting American First Principles—securing them against corrupt public officials and their accomplices—means, particularly, resurrecting people’s independent grand juries to investigate and bring indictments of public officials and accomplices for gross misconduct in office. These grand juries are accessible to citizens who have the civic duty to report to the grand jury any official infraction of a First Principle to or upon any one.

So please, < >, at the next general session of <your legislative body> (or in committee) present and propose the following simple resolution to get the ball rolling for our precious American First Principles:

Resolved: From this day forward, on August 2, every year, <the city of Novi, Michigan, the state of Michigan, the United States of America, the Libertarian Party of.., etc..> shall celebrate and acknowledge American First Principles Day. We encourage all Americans to embrace this day in discussion of what these principles entail and to recommit ourselves, as individual citizens and as responsible political leaders, to restoring independent people’s grand juries—directly accessible by individuals—for the Constitutional purpose of investigating and bringing indictments of corrupt public officials and their accomplices.

So there it is. We truth and justice walkers now have a nonthreatening effective starter kit for some serious a** kicking of corrupt ones running amok and justice for their victims. Let me know of your progress: brian@brianrwright.com. Or Tweet me at @brian_r_wright.

Happy Trails.

[1] I subscribe to the conviction that the original wording and original drafts of the Declaration were written by Thomas Paine. As a writer and reader, myself, it’s fairly obvious that the wording of the august document is consistent with Paine’s style, not Jefferson’s.

[2] Others are far more knowledgeable than I about people’s militias, notably Dr. Edwin Vieira, Constitutional Homeland Security: The Nation in Arms. But at some point the people’s individual rights need to be enforced and protected in an era of rogue unconsti-tutional governments running amok… especially verdicts of people’s grand and petit juries.
