Federal Grand Jury on Geoengineering, Sacramento, California. Clarkson Hodges after a key conference call with Chance and Brother Al in late March of this year, contacted his local Californian, Dane Wigington, prolific leader of Geoengineeringwatch.org. [Or perhaps Dane—after reading the Prophecy—initiated the contact to Clarkson via Chance/BroAl.]

In any case, they arranged to meet, early April, in a restaurant in Redding, Northern California. They were to discuss submittal of a petition to the most proximate sitting, actual federal grand jury (in Eureka, CA)—also believed by Hodges to be overseen by the most uncorrupted and Constitutionally knowledgeable district court judge—to investigate and indict federal and state government officials, as well as corporate and labor accomplices, for attempted manslaughter of Northern California residents, specifically, and Californians in general.

“Nice to meet you, Clarkson,” said Dane Continue reading

“Hello, this is Balph,” answered chief psychiatrist and professor of neuroscience for ‘mastering the human factor’ of Jade Helm North.

At the other end of the line, a woman’s voice said, “Dr. Bufort, I’m Analyst Smith of Ultra Homeland Security Headquarters, running the People’s subsection, Institution section of the Citizen branch of the Civilian division.”

“Geshundheit!” responded Balph.

“Excuse me?” asked Smith.

“Sorry, just kidding, what can I do for you?”

“We’ve been analyzing what appears to be a coordinated lecture and community outreach program to fight what participants see as criminal attacks by government agencies and associates. This program is given the umbrella name: Toto Worldwide foundation—Toto being the little dog in the movie The Wizard of Oz…? Continue reading

Guest Column: Some Wiseman Activity on Eve of ‘Tax Season’

It All Starts With A Return

CtC_SantaEditor’s Note: The following is written by Pete Hendrickson in his outstanding newsletter, Lost Horizons, and corresponding Website, http://losthorizons.com. Pete is responsible for what I call ‘The Hendrickson Discovery,’ namely the fact that the so-called federal income tax is not a direct tax—if it were it would have to be apportioned—rather an excise on the exercise of federal privilege (via employment by the federal government or a federal corporation, or receipt of funds via federal property). Thus, the vast majority of individuals who pay this tax are not required to pay this tax, and in fact are entitled to full refund of government-withheld amounts.[1]

If you do not know these facts, if you have been paying the income tax in ignorance, now is the time to stop doing so and prepare yourself for a 2016 Christmas present this year—and, as everyone stops feeding the federal beast, everyone gets an enormous present of causing Leviathan to disappear in a pool of its longstanding hubris… and abject criminality of deception. So Merry Christmas, and thank you, Pete! [And to Doreen, Pete’s wife, who has been temporarily taken from him, and us, by corrupt and actionable machinations of the federal Mafia.][2

MANY YEARS AGO, SOME TAX ATTORNEY OR IRS OFFICIAL made the unremarkable observation in a trial brief or in testimony that, “It [collection of the tax] all starts with the filing of a return.” The reference was to the filing of an “information return,” [IR] such as a W-2, 1099 or K-1.* Continue reading

Brian’s Column: A New Strategy for Libertarians?

The first Michigan Republican Liberty Caucus (RLC) convention

RLC_MICommerce Township, December 5, 2015. Roughly 50 members of the recently rejuvenated Michigan RLC met at its first convention today to elect a board of pro liberty directors and pass key resolutions. The stated mission of the organization: “to further the principles of limited government, individual liberty, and free markets within the Republican Party and throughout America.”

The following two resolutions also passed unanimously:

Resolution: Defending the 4th Amendment and Privacy Rights

Whereas: Our privacy rights should never under any circumstances be violated by the NSA or any other rogue spying agency operating lawlessly in Washington D.C., and it is unacceptable that Big Brother Republicans are shamefully complicit with these violations of our freedom.

Whereas: The state of Michigan must disavow any partnership or association with the NSA or any other federal agency working to facilitate the destruction of the 4th Amendment of the Constitution and the development of Big Brother and the national police state. Continue reading

Book Review: The Truman Prophecy (2015), Excerpt #11

From Part I: Dorothy: Battle Creek Headquarters, New Libertarian Overworld

Sojourner[Excerpt from The Truman Prophecy, due for publication 12/25/15.]

Alfonse’s days of actually running to escape police capture were behind him—as a young leading man of the new cloth, Brother Al was ‘Mr. Medical Marijuana’ before Medical Marijuana was cool… or legal.

His tech setup back then was like something out of a science fiction movie: the distribution-center he set up in his church and residence on Emmett Street doubling as a halfway house, and all product in proximity to carriers or workers was protected from detection via ‘transform tech.’

Transform technology (transform tech) was one of a series of high-tech antiaggression (AA) tools[1] made available to ordinary fellows like Alfonse Cody Jefferson by a mysterious benefactor in the early part of the new century. Basically, for finely programmable circumstances of unwanted intrusion or coercion by authorities or other aggressors, your illegal substance and all nearby traces would turn into a material analog… instantly. Movie Review: Still Alice (2014)

Movie message that hits you like a freight train, not a train wreck (8/10)

AliceA conversational review:

Me: Mixed feelings on this movie, but I must say it was absolutely brilliantly written and executed. Probably the most economical, and for that the sharpest, treatment of the subject that we’re likely ever to see. Doesn’t it strike you personally?

It was both mercifully spartan and ruthlessly honest. I said to myself not to finish a couple of times. I totally received the message to my core… just thinking what it would be like for me to go through that with how thoroughly word centric I am, to lose all of that would be to lose who I am… I think. But the final scene with Kristen Stewart was goosebump city. The message is love persists.

And how I would feel such agony if someone I know and love were to have to go through all that. It raises the Problem of Evil argument vs. God to a whole new level. Wow. A tour de force. Continue reading

Guest Column: Michigan Legislature’s Latest Attack

Lansing’s War on the Constitution Intensifies
By Shane Trejo

Justice_LadyFriends,

We are under attack. We are at war, and it is hard to keep up with the many ways that the vipers in Lansing are screwing us. It’s coming from every angle.

SB306 is one of the latest cons that they are trying to pull on us. This legislation creates a non- governmental lobbying organization to lobby for an Article V Convention, paid for by Michigan tax dollars.

To make matters worse, SB306 would ensure that all of your tax dollars will go to lobbyists in other states. Michigan has already passed the call to convention, meaning there is no need to lobby in our state. Continue reading
