This column started out as a letter to my state senator, just to convince him that general public wearing of masks is both harmful and useless. Masks

Practical Issue #1: Masks Do No Good against Viruses

The above right image shows a manufacturer’s warning on the ineffectiveness of their ear-loop masks against any virus, ‘covid’ included. Since these ear loop masks are the masks that several jurisdictions are making mandatory, simple logic tells the most simple of simpletons that your ear loop mask is NFG, no ‘covid’ prevention need whatsoever. The most recent RCT (randomized control test) study was performed in May 2020 for CDC and the WHO (World Health Org). This study

was reported by Ben Swann on the heels of another study he cited, which was fact -checked away by YouTube, that said the same thing: namely, that all the RCT studies are coming back that public masking has no effect on virus infection. I’d like to spell out the three conclusions explicitly, which I transcribed from the podcast:

Nonpharmaceutical Measures for Pandemic Influenza in Nonhealthcare Settings–and Environmental Measures
Jimgy Xiao et al, University of Hong Kong May 2020

Study was conducted in preparation for the development of guidelines by the World Health Organization on the use of nonpharmaceutical interventions for influenza pandemics in nonmedical settings. [10 randomized control tests.]

1) We did not find evidence that the surgical type face masks are effective in reducing laboratory-confirmed influenza transmission, either when worn by infected persons (source control) or by persons in the general community to reduce their susceptibility. However, as with hand hygiene, face masks might be able to reduce the transmission of other infections and therefore have value in an influenza pandemic when healthcare resources are stretched.

2) Disposable medical masks (also known as surgical masks) are loose-fitting devices that were designed to be worn by medical personnel to protect accidental contamination of patient wounds, and to protect the wearer against splashes or sprays of bodily fluids. There is limited evidence for their effectiveness in preventing influenza virus transmission either when worn by the infected person for source control or when worn by uninfected persons to reduce exposure. Our systematic review found no significant effect of face masks on transmission of laboratory-confirmed influenza.

3) In lower income settings it is more likely that reusable cloth masks will be used rather than disposable medical masks because of cost and availability. There are still a few uncertainties in the practice of face mask use, such as who should wear the mask and how long it should be used for. In theory, transmission should be reduced the most if both infected members and other contacts wear masks, but compliance in uninfected close contacts could be a problem. Proper use of face masks is essential because improper use might increase the risk for transmission. Thus, education on the proper use and disposal of used face masks, including hand hygiene, is also needed.

Further, the 3d finding above shows that using a cloth mask is worse for a wearer than wearing a disposable mask for a number of reasons. The second of the three findings disposes of the argument that doctors wear surgical masks for purposes of discouraging virus transmission. Similar findings have been reported by many others, most notably Canadian scholar and researcher Denis Rancourt:

Practical Issue #2: Masks cause Harm to Wearer and Spread Disease

The fact that masks pose serious risks to their wearers was first made clear to me by neurosurgeon Dr. Russell Blaylock’s short article here:

  • lower oxygen and raise CO2 in the lungs
  • seriously impair; respirator (N95) masks can reduce O2 by 20%
  • must NOT be worn by children, lung-diseased, frail individuals
  • retain and increase viral load incl. ‘covid’ in nasal passages
  • impart fiberglass particles and unknown chemicals to the body
  • are flammable, and can cause serious facial burns if ignited
  • trap to face and lungs contaminants and dirt from the environment

A number of demonstrations using CO2 and O2 meters have been performed on live subjects on the Web. Government media-social media, e.g. mainstream nooz, Google/YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, has spiked such demos; Googlement -YouTube removed the entire Del Bigtree YouTube channel (including the short video where Del is testing his son on what a mask does to CO2 levels [>10,000 ppm vs. OSHA limit of 5,000 ppm]!

Leaving the technical question for the reasonable adult, why in heck would you even consider putting on one of these sheep muzzles EVEN IF IT DID WORK… AT ALL?!!! The fact is they’re no better than #masknot at preventing viruses, even if ‘covid’ were in fact caused by a virus—http://covidfactsheet.com shows you no one has identified a causal virus. [covidfacts also say 90-95% of those who have tested positive on the random-number-generating PCR test have no or mild symptoms; hydroxychloroquine-zinc cures 99% of those with severe symptoms.]

Add to the risk of harm the psychological and spiritual aggression masks imply, most rational human beings do not choose to wear face diapers.Criminals and hold up artists, on the other hand, like nothing better than to conceal their identity. The average fellow, however, prefers to breathe free and live free.

Practical Issue #3: My Governor or other PUblic Official Says I Have to Mask Up

You’re in a store now and the governor of your state has gone off the rails of legal authority and issued an edict mandating mask wearing. The proprietor or manager tells you it’s against the law to let you in the store without a ‘face covering.’ NO… IT… IS… NOT. No chief executive of any state of the union can “make law.”

That function belongs to the legislature exclusively and may not be abdicated… per every state constitution in the United States. [I want to take a moment to commend Mr. Pete Hendrickson for drawing everyone’s attention to this fundamental principle and, further, his work in providing the applicable constitutional provisions for several states. Michigan makes a good example thanks to Dictator-Gov Whitmer:

New Breathe-Easy Healing Bikini Mask

Odds and ends.

[Scientists have not purified or isolated an actual virus but label the strand of RNA they have found as the SARS CoV-2 ‘virus’ because of its 79% similarity to the SARS CoV-1 strand of RNA ‘virus.’ The tissue or biological origins of the CoV-2 RNA strand are unknown; the presence of an undetermined quantity of the CoV-2 RNA strand along with a small list of common symptoms—temperature, cough, radiographic qualities of the lungs, white blood cell count—can yield a positive diagnosis of a disease that medical authorities have called COVID-19. Or by CDC guidelines a doctor can simply “presume” a patient has “COVID-19” and write that down as a case… and off to the kill ventilators! The PCR tests and antibody tests are wholly arbitrary, signifying nothing.][1]

The demonstrators tell us: “Far too few Americans are aware that a self-appointed syndicate effected by a handful of Jewish-nationalist ideologues (Zionists) connived with US and UK global statists to seize the Middle East land of Palestine—via terror, mass murder, and expulsion—resulting in the ethnic cleansing of >750,000 residents. It was called the Nakba, officially launched and consummated in 1948 with the founding of the ‘Jewish’ apartheid state known as Israel. But the Nakba and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians continue to this day. As the vast majority of Americans continue to HAVE NO EFFIN’ IDEA, thanks to Jewish Power’s iron fist on the mainstream media.”

I’m covering this story because: As a middle-class kid growing up in Kansas in the 1950s and 60s, I went to a Protestant (Lutheran) church and sang hymns, and so on. As important, I was taught in school and the media that the US government was benign, just, and trustworthy. Also that six million Jews were killed by Hitler and the Germans during “The ‘Good’ War.” Like my peers, I just took the official stories on faith. The Walter Cronkites on TV sealed the general feeling—with an aura of deep sympathy for the Jewish people—as axiomatic truth… though later, qua engineer, I knew the six million number had to have some amount of tolerance +/-. [Turns out quite large -.]

On the Good Ship to America

Today for some reason my thoughts reach back to the 1950s… which is a long long time ago. Who am I thinking of?

I am thinking of Toni Braunstein! Toni was a young man who also was waiting with his family to be shipped out… immigrate to America. That was a time when all of our lives kind of hung on a string… not knowing literally, what lies ahead of us.

But the young  ones among us left the deep worries still to our parents, and we tried to make connections with other young people around us… having as normal a time as these circumstances allowed. There were “English-classes” held within the compound. And since we still were in Karlsdorf by Muenchen (Munich), where we waited to be shipped out to Bremerhafen, there were a lot of Saturday-night dances to go to. I was surprised that my mother, who was so overprotective of me, gave me permission to go.

Naturally it had to be with someone that she truly trusted.  Like her cousin’s daughter and son-in-law. They were really nice people… full of fun. I had a very good time over there in that big dance-hall. Don’t know where this was, but the music was very rhythmic… very good, for it played all the songs I could dance to if someone would come and ask me to dance. And… someone came and did ask me.

Who is Theodore Joseph Visner?

The voice of Christmas present and all those to come, the hope and focal point for victims of public officials running amok all over the late great state of Michissippi… and for the rest of the country, perishing from self-inflicted danger-of-loss of their First Principles[2]—life, liberty, and property.

I’m simply putting this up today, and will elaborate later: To this humble columnist, Ted seems to have gotten the ultra royal shaft by local kangaroos of the foulest character and currently sits in their Bay County kidnappers’ compound, having been convicted by an insider-drone jury of anti-peers, and then in the early days of December sentenced to two years (minus time served) of state time on bogus firearms charges arising from calculated, fraudulent police-theft-motivated entrapment of the slimiest ground-slug nature.

I think.

The problem is that I don’t have phone access to Ted, so I have to try to get the details of his situation thru his wife, Dani, who lives understandably ‘beside herself’ with their young ‘un in Pinconning. [Note: Even if I were to go to the Bay City Jail, apparently I would not be able to visit with him. I can only sign up to do video. This appears to be a bold new policy sweeping the country of violating habeas corpus.]

For the time being, while Ted remains in Bay City, you should be able to send to him a postcard or a letter—mine got thru—it has to be black or blue ink on white paper and white envelope: Send to Honorable [ 🙂 my own special title for good people who are not public officials; you can just use ‘Mr.’] Ted Visner, 503 3d Street, Bay City, MI 48708. The problem is that I don’t know exactly where they are in the process, and he may be going to state for 30 days, then elsewhere, awaiting appeal, transfer, etc. Dani also mentions that you may set up an account at securstechnologies.com and connect with him that way, for how long I don’t know. His name is Theodore Joseph Visner, and I provide a Facebook page address below as well. It would be great if he got an avalanche of Christmas well wishes. From what I’ve been able to gather—and Dani and I, et al, would surely welcome a first-rate independent journalist working for a major independent metropolitan daily newspaper with a team of staff and budget adequate to uncover what looks like MAJOR CRIMINAL CORRUPTION AT THE TOP LEVELS OF AT LEAST THREE MICHIGAN COUNTIES (KENT, ISABELLA, AND BAY)—the latest tale, and why Citizen Ted sits in jail while the average Michiganian, like me, enjoys the holidays, festivities, and fond remembrances of family—listening to carols and sipping Evan Williams by the fireplace, is this:

Somewhere in 2017, on orders from above—those who feared that Ted’s exposure of official corruption would send them to serve out multi-decade felony convictions—a pack of official mid-Michigan gangster-muscle [drooling, steroid-junkie bandits disguised as police] 1) seized Ted’s lucrative, legal medical marijuana crop, then 2) used CAF (civil asset forfeiture) to take all the good stuff from his family’s belongings, and divvy up the proceeds among themselves.

[According to Dani, apparently it’s a major industry up north these days seizing medical marijuana crops and their owners’ personal property to pay the bills of local government… so as not to have to lay off, well, themselves.]

That’s right, bipartisan big-government Big Brother is about to bust down the doors from Smallville to Metropolis, frying and spying you and your children… old people, dogs & cats, birds & bees, all living creatures great and small. Rachel Carson’s Silent Spring on electrified steroids aiming to maim and kill all biological life, Planet Earth. Sadly, the apocalyptic vision is not just a bad dream.

LAST TUESDAY I ADDED A SPECIAL POST to the Mid-Edition Update which had been posted the day before. The post was prompted by Donald Trump’s release of his “short list” of candidates to replace Anthony Kennedy of the Supreme Court, among which was Raymond Kethledge, a Sixth Circuit judge responsible for the outrageous, Constitution-defying ruling in Doreen’s appeal issued in 2016.

You can and should see that article here. What it presents remains the first order of business for this community, in my view, and I think if you read that post through you will both understand why I say this, and will agree with me about the critical importance of the effort in which I am asking everyone to participate.

The only thing I will add to that post here is a recommendation of a careful re-reading of the article below, with which the June 25, 2018 newsletter began. The proposed elevation of Kethledge– even if he ultimately is not the actual nominee– is as perfect an example of the point I am making in this previous post as there ever could be.

BTW: This campaign remains as vital into the next several weeks or months even if Trump puts someone else forward as his first choice when he makes that announcement. The chosen candidate may be rejected, and Kethledge might then come up for the slot. Continue reading →

Saki (HH Munro) has fascinated me since 10th grade, so prolific the volume of his literary works considering his short life (46).  I finally got his fat collection of essays — all super-short, entertaining, sassy or thought-provoking — with a general preference for all animals over adults (particularly aunts lol) … This below is one of his few more serious ones, his insightful grasp and appreciation of the nature of cats   — rose   

Who knew? A gap in my education to be sure. In 9th grade, I’d begun my Independents’ Journey, from a Bookmobile in Timbuktu, Oklahoma, where I picked up a book on Barry Goldwater and took up that cause leading to several more. The sad story is I missed so much of the artistic side of the human potential. I’m wholly on board with the sentiments expressed by Mr. Saki here… — Ed.

The Achievement of the Cat

In the political history of nations it is no uncommon experience to find States and peoples which but a short time since were in bitter conflict and animosity with each other, settled down comfortably on terms of mutual goodwill and even alliance. The natural history of the social developments of species affords a similar instance in the coming-together of two once warring elements, now represented by civilised man and the domestic cat.

The fiercely waged struggle which went on between humans and felines in those far-off days when sabre-toothed tiger and cave lion contended with primeval man, has long ago been decided in favour of the most fitly equipped combatant—the Thing with a Thumb—and the descendants of the dispossessed family are relegated today, for the most part, to the waste lands of jungle and veld, where an existence of self-effacement is the only alternative to extermination.

But the felis catus, or whatever species was the ancestor of the modern domestic cat (a vexed question at present), by a master-stroke of adaptation avoided the ruin of its race, and ‘captured’ a place in the very keystone of the conqueror’s organization. For not as a bond-servant or dependent has this proudest of mammals entered the human fraternity; not as a slave like the beasts of burden, or a humble camp-follower like the dog. Continue reading →
