Guest Column: Scary Election 2018

Taking the Long View; No American Need Worry if They Stand for the Law
By  Pete Hendrickson

And Happy Guy Fawkes Day!

Election Day, 2018. A Bit Scary, Right?

It’s particularly fitting this year that election day comes so soon after Halloween…

SO, ARE YOU WORRIED about the election outcome this week? You should be!

After all, the unprincipled, progressivist nut-case Democrats might regain power.

Or, the unprincipled, neo-con nutcase Republicans might retain power.

Whichever way it goes, as things stand now, you and your kids are going to be screwed.

YOU SEE, AS THINGS STAND NOW, the winners, of either party, will find themselves with far more money in the treasury than is needed for their Constitution duties. Those duties include little more than courts, actual national defense, modest Depts. of State and Treasury, a Post Office and a Patent Office, a small immigration bureaucracy and a few other offices of similarly focused function and dimimutive dimension.

There is FAR more in the US treasury than is needed for these lawful obligations of the United States. The excess will be spent (after some serious nest-feathering) on a host of things inimical to your interests.

That excess will finance an army of spies surveilling you; an army of “security thespians” impeding and dictating to you; an army of soldiers making enemies for you in other countries which are no threat to you; and swarms of petty functionaries with clipboards which endlessly harass you and eat out your substance in myriad other ways, as well. Donut Whole: Two Would-Be Supremes, Either a Disaster for Liberty

Scuttle Raymond Kethledge as Job One, Kavanaugh is Bad, Too

Scuttling Raymond Kethledge Is JOB ONE For This Rule-Of-Law Community (Updated)
It’s “Get Busy– RIGHT NOW– Like You Really Mean To Win” time, people…

LAST TUESDAY I ADDED A SPECIAL POST to the Mid-Edition Update which had been posted the day before. The post was prompted by Donald Trump’s release of his “short list” of candidates to replace Anthony Kennedy of the Supreme Court, among which was Raymond Kethledge, a Sixth Circuit judge responsible for the outrageous, Constitution-defying ruling in Doreen’s appeal issued in 2016.

You can and should see that article here. What it presents remains the first order of business for this community, in my view, and I think if you read that post through you will both understand why I say this, and will agree with me about the critical importance of the effort in which I am asking everyone to participate.

The only thing I will add to that post here is a recommendation of a careful re-reading of the article below, with which the June 25, 2018 newsletter began. The proposed elevation of Kethledge– even if he ultimately is not the actual nominee– is as perfect an example of the point I am making in this previous post as there ever could be.

BTW: This campaign remains as vital into the next several weeks or months even if Trump puts someone else forward as his first choice when he makes that announcement. The chosen candidate may be rejected, and Kethledge might then come up for the slot. Continue reading

Educated Federal Income Tax in Three Easy Steps
By Pete Hendrickson [Thanks to Tim for posting in the Virginia CtC Forum]

We all need to determine whether our earnings fall under the category of taxable income, which is to state, as a consequence of federal privilege… or whether they are ours by right, hence not income (as defined by the statutes and regulatory code). I’m referring the following checkpoints as a public service.

When our earnings are not income, then please do not treat them as such: Learn the process by which to retain and/or reclaim all rightfully earned property. DO NOT PAY WHAT YOU DO NOT OWE! Our republic depends on it.

Entire Legal And Practical Truth About The Income Tax In Three Short Sentences

Focus on these simple points and you can teach anyone the truth about the tax.

  1. The income tax is an excise.
  2. Excise taxes are taxes on the gainful exercise of privileges.
  3. You probably didn’t earn your money by exercising any taxable privilege (or earned very little that way).

Inarguable (and nowhere disputed) proof of the first two statements above can be found concisely spelled-out in this little seven-page document. Whether the third is true for any particular person can be determined by consulting this guide to understanding “income-taxable privilege.”

Doreen Hendrickson Goes to the Mat

One of Doreen Hendrickson's jurors did not give in to evil!… and Wins Round One

In yet another bizarre and outrageous assault on liberty and the law, Doreen Hendrickson, wife of noted educated-tax denizen, Pete Hendrickson, has been subjected to desperate attacks by the federal prosecutocracy for—get this—heresy. That is, she was charged by the US courts with contempt for refusing to sign a form stating she agreed with something that she did not in fact agree with. Folks, it don’t get more whacked out than this… Continue reading

Brian’s Column: Tax Season Shuffle

“Just think of the money you get back!”

Well, it’s that time of year, you bet, all the reporting forms—Wn’s and 1099s and the corresponding ones for ‘income’-tax-enabled states—are supposed to have been delivered to the pigeons, er, ‘taxpayers’, by the end of January. I love the cheerful banter you hear from our home-grown victim class: “This is going to be a really good year, I’m getting a lot of money back!” [I’m reminded how a boy feels when his parents finally let him break open the piggy bank… only most parents don’t funnel 90% of junior’s deposits into their own pockets.] Continue reading
