Time to stand up again for our beleaguered heroine, Doreen Hendrickson, for whom a hearing is scheduled this Friday morning on whether Judge Roberts will continue to hold Doreen in contempt of court for refusing to commit felony perjury. Details and any last minute updates to be found at http://losthorizons.com. The Coffee Coaster is publishing, in the form of a guest column, the latest Lost Horizons newsletter article. Doreen’s husband, Pete, continues to write impassioned arguments to the federal judiciary and Justice Department exclaiming on the outrage of its exercise of unlawful, unconstitutional arbitrary power, in effect exclusively, against his wife.

He also rages against the terminally corrupted mainstream media machine that remains impervious to pleas for humanitarian common sense. Just where IS the fourth estate, supposedly speaking truth and justice to power? Where are the media, where are the people?! Let’s Everyone Who Possibly Can Show Up in the Peanut Gallery

Unbelievable for a lot of reasons, not the least of which is this is the second trial for the same alleged offense. The first trial ended with a hung jury, which the judge decided to call a mistrial rather than an acquittal. [How in the world does that happen? Maybe I’m naive, but we were always told in civics 101 that you cannot be tried for the same offense twice. Who thinks we have grounds for a petition to a judge to form a grand jury to investigate Federal Judge Nancy Edmunds (Eastern District, Michigan) and bring rapid indictments for gross judicial misconduct? Until that happens, we’re going to have to ride out the misconduct and we hope secure a second jury acquittal.]

We need everyone who can possibly find time to attend the trial to make plans for visiting the courtroom and standing in her corner as a group of outraged citizens who will never back down in support of the rule of law:

This one continues again from the previous two columns that resulted from general consternation over O-Slammer-Care… I mentioned to Mom that the Constitution is simple: no federal authority for health care. She said she agreed with me on this one. “It isn’t in there. Government officials should know and make available the Constitution to their constituents.”
