Guest Column: Where’s the People…

… whose job it is to warn us of these assaults upon the Republic and its people?
And why aren’t they covering the story of the century?
And why aren’t liberty-loving YOU up in arms?

From LostHorizons.com [current ephemeral URL here]

“Stated simply, this is about an effort by the judicial branch of the U.S. government to force Doreen Hendrickson, a U.S. citizen, to commit the crime of perjury.  Because Ms. Hendrickson refused the government order to perjure herself, she was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison.  She has served 14 months of her sentence.  She has today been returned to prison to serve the remaining 4 months.  The reason she is being sent back to prison is that she still refuses to commit the crime ordered by the government.”

Shredding Lies And Revealing Powerful Truths, by Pete Hendrickson

A deeper-than-ever descent into corruption by the bad guys offers a better-than-ever opportunity for the good guys.

LAST WEEK’S NEWS-LETTER OPENED with a candid presentation to the world of the outrageous corruption being practiced at very high levels of federal officialdom against my good and beautiful wife, Doreen. Yesterday, I suffered the miserable experience of driving her to a place of imprisonment, more than 500 miles from home—for the second time in three years.

I have little joy in my heart, today; in fact, I have little heart in my chest, today. I have left it in West Virginia.

BUT THERE IS THIS: On Friday, a Motion for Reconsideration was filed in the federal district court under the mantle of which the assault on Doreen has been conducted for these past 5 years. The motion is a sharp-bladed shredding of what it unmistakably-reveals to be the deeply—almost psychopathically—corrupt January 16 denial of the Motion to Vacate Doreen’s engineered conviction which was filed last October. Brian’s Column: Alderson FPC Turnaround

Tomorrow Doreen Hendrickson Enters for the Final Time in Triumph
By Brian  R. Wright

The federal prison in Alderson, West Virginia, sits in the middle of the mountains of Nowhere, USA. And that’s how the federales like it. Hard to leave. The town itself has some notable history, but the 1927 federal decision to erect a women’s prison there [in step with 18th-Amendment (Prohibition)-generated crimes] was its claim to fame. The feds could still stick women committing no real crime into their cages, but not with male populations to abuse and assault them. Bully for the ’20s reformist legislate morality crowd.

In fact, Alderson was the first US federal women’s prison. And until 2004, when Martha Stewart was doing her five months for lying to federal prosecutors, the facility was designed on the rehabilitation model… as opposed to punishment. After Martha, the state cruelty industry had to turn around the Stewart ‘Camp Cupcake’ image. Thus, inmates no longer dwell in modest cottages on the grounds w/o guarded fences and with substantial self-reliance, rather in two large dormitories where they’re ordered around, well, like prisoners.

Enter Doreen Hendrickson, whose crime, unlike Martha’s, was REFUSING to lie to federal prosecutors and judges. She’ll be finishing up the final four months of her preposterous and contemptible 18-month sentence for the preposterous and contemptible conviction of criminal contempt. Read all about it in this beautiful summary written by her husband, Peter Eric Hendrickson. Continue reading

What Life Is Like When The Truth Revealed In CtC Is Widely Understood
By Peter Hendrickson [Full original at this location.]

Your great-grandparents would remember this with aching fondness; you will be delighted and astonished.

IN HIS 1776 MASTERPIECE ‘An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations’, (and other of his writings, as well) Adam Smith explains the concept of the “invisible hand” by which each individual looking out solely for his or her own self-interest nonetheless organically supports and improves the well-being and prosperity of the whole community. America’s founders and the framers of the United States Constitution, who were close students of Smith’s work and wisdom, employed the same principle in their establishment of the federal tax structure.

That structure is designed to ensure that federal revenue reliance would necessarily be upon excises, imposts and duties, the incidences of which are entirely within the control of each individual citizen. Because each citizen naturally attends to his or her own financial well being by limiting such incidences, the Founders’ structure, like a mighty invisible hand energized by hundreds of millions of individual self-interests, relentlessly keeps the state lean and on the leash– when that structure is functioning as intended and is not nobbled by ignorance and Leviathan-serving mythology and disinformation. Folks, it looks like Doreen is going back in to finish her ‘term.’ Surrender date is January 29, 2018. Please find two excellent explanatory, inspiring posts by loving husband Peter here:

  1. http://losthorizons.com/IStandWithDoreen.htm#BackToPrison
  2. http://losthorizons.com/Documents/CtCLife.htm.

As you all know, Doreen’s story warrants a Pulitzer Prize winner to be writing it and spreading the truth about her unlawful and unconstitutional pro/persecution… and exposing the lies of the Ignorance Tax scheme… a scheme that is crumbling before our eyes. [Ref. Pete’s outstanding column, item 2) above.] All funds raised go straight to Pete and Doreen.

My understanding is she will be having the same address and you can contribute to her supplies fund, when the time comes. I’ll post another update with that information at that point. The Doreen Relief fundraiser is here: http://gofundme.com/DoreenRelief.

I don’t have to tell you that nothing changes out here on the CtC warrior front lines, most of us wouldn’t know how to go back to filing Ignorant, even if we wanted to. Continue reading

Guest Column: Thumping the Tarbaby

Corrupt officialdom is discovering what NOT to do when you find yourself in a hole
By Pete Hendrickson [Full column original here]

… but whether it matters is up to you.

Editor’s Note: Nothing is more important or fundamental than spreading the word about the federal Ignorance Tax and keeping/recovering one’s property from the jaws of Leviathan running amok. The country and world are reaching a point of terminal corruption, from which there is no return. Join the 2018 Grand Truth Convergence today: “‘Cause if you lose your head and you give up then you neither live nor win. That’s just the way it is.” — The Outlaw Josey Wales

I IMAGINE EVERYONE IS FAMILIAR with the old folk-tale about the tar baby— that sticky thing made by sly Br’er Fox to capture the obnoxious Br’er Rabbit. The tar baby was a trap– it lured its arrogant victim into attacking it, and every time it was struck it entangled the target more and more inescapably.

Last month attorneys in the DOJ “Tax Division” probably woke up to the fact that they have been swinging at a tar baby, and sucking co-opted members of the federal judiciary into its sticky embrace, as well. The reason I suspect this epiphany is due to the complete failure of the entangled attorneys to even attempt to disprove that what has been done to Doreen Hendrickson has involved the commission of crimes, although squarely faced with a challenge and obligation to do so if they could. Guest Column: Frivolous Return Penalty Smackdown

Regarding The “Frivolous Return Penalty” Ploy
Last-ditch defense of the crumbling “ignorance tax” scheme
by Pete Hendrickson [Full original located here]

Please also refer to my own recent post (http://brianrwright.com/CoffeeCoasterBlog/?p=10472) on this issue. — bw

THE ACTUAL LEGAL NATURE OF THE INCOME TAX IN AMERICA has been fully revealed. The revelation makes clear that the tax is quite importantly different from what the always revenue- and power-hungry state wishes the people to believe.

At the same time, the operation of the “ignorance tax”– the systematic misapplication of the income tax based on exploitation of widespread public ignorance of its real limits– has been shown to rely entirely on deliberately-misled declarations of belief grounded in state-serving historical and legal myths by folks submitting tax forms (both “information returns” like W-2s and 1099s, and 1040s).

With the truth about all this inexorably spreading, the “ignorance tax” scammers have been watching the slow-motion derailment of their 75-year+ gravy train by the simple mechanism of more and more newly-educated Americans making declarations which no longer support the lies and abuses. While very good for everyone else, this is not a happy thing for the scammers.

NONETHELESS, HAVING NO ACTUAL “REMEDY” to the onslaught of the truth and its consequences, the scammers generally just bow to the inevitable. In the vast majority of cases, properly-claimed refunds are issued without fuss, in a display of respect for the law that is greater than many familiar with the behavior of these agencies over the years would expect. Book Review: Consent of the Governed (2015)

Scratches the itch for liberty like no other book since Cracking the Code
By Jason W. Hoyt
Reviewed by Brian R. Wright

Abundant thanks to my recently realized compatriot, one David Schied (standing on the front lines boldly against Michigan general corruption), for referring me to this remarkable groundbreaking rallying cry for the people’s reassumption of their inherent grand jury authority. David, in a recent conversation, extolled Consent of the Governed as perhaps the most important book he’s read in the past decade… commanding his undivided attention until completion.

I purchased the Amazon Kindle edition for a very reasonable price of $5.99, digested it in roughly a week, and I agree: It IS the most important book that activists for liberty will read this year or for the remainder of the 20-teens. Why? Because as the subtitles tell us, it is the people’s guide to holding government accountable, informing us—with meticulously researched references—that ‘we the people’ are, indeed, in charge and fully constitutionally franchised to take back our direct power over all the institutions of government. By OUR grand juries. NOW.

“We don’t have to wait for elections.” We don’t have to wait period.

It’s simply a matter of working out the details. How to best coordinate the state’s—federal, state, and local levels—wholesale relinquishment of corruptly assumed authority with its facilitation, accommodation, and  enforcement of the people’s grand jury investigations, indictments and presentments[1] (and petit or trial jury functions, too, by the way). In other words, make all public officials, in fact, what they were meant to be in theory: direct, 24/7/365-accountable servants, gophers, waterboys of and for the people.

“That’s mighty tall talk for a one-eyed fat man,” you say. [ref. John Wayne film, True Grit.] Continue reading
