Book Review: Consent of the Governed (2015)

Scratches the itch for liberty like no other book since Cracking the Code
By Jason W. Hoyt

Abundant thanks to my recently realized compatriot, one David Schied (standing on the front lines boldly against Michigan general corruption), for referring me to this remarkable groundbreaking rallying cry for the people’s reassumption of their inherent grand jury authority. David, in a recent conversation, extolled Consent of the Governed as perhaps the most important book he’s read in the past decade… commanding his undivided attention until completion.

I purchased the Amazon Kindle edition for a very reasonable price of $5.99, digested it in roughly a week, and I agree: It IS the most important book that activists for liberty will read this year or for the remainder of the 20-teens. Why? Because as the subtitles tell us, it is the people’s guide to holding government accountable, informing us—with meticulously researched references—that ‘we the people’ are, indeed, in charge and fully constitutionally franchised to take back our direct power over all the institutions of government. By OUR grand juries. NOW.

“We don’t have to wait for elections.” We don’t have to wait period.

It’s simply a matter of working out the details. How to best coordinate the state’s—federal, state, and local levels—wholesale relinquishment of corruptly assumed authority with its facilitation, accommodation, and  enforcement of the people’s grand jury investigations, indictments and presentments[1] (and petit or trial jury functions, too, by the way). In other words, make all public officials, in fact, what they were meant to be in theory: direct, 24/7/365-accountable servants, gophers, waterboys of and for the people.

“That’s mighty tall talk for a one-eyed fat man,” you say. [ref. John Wayne film, True Grit.] Continue reading

Brian’s Column: My CtC ‘Frivolous’ Adventure Begins

Posted to aid the few other CtC educated filers inflicted by this rogue IRS scam
By Brian R. Wright

“Not to trust but to know.”
— Hank Rearden, Atlas Shrugged

In keeping with the theme of Ayn Rand’s magnum opus—and thanks to Mr. Peter Eric Hendrickson, author of Cracking the Code: The fascinating truth about taxation in America, who has spent countless hours deploying his brilliant mind over volumes of twisted IRS code to come up with perhaps the greatest political-economic discovery of our age—we the (nonfederally paid) American people can now shrug off the former burden of the federal ‘income’ tax legally, prudently, and profitably. The sooner the better.

Like Rand’s Atlas who bore the world of humankind’s sins on his shoulders out of guilt and disinformation, we the people, now being apprised of the Hendrickson Discovery—that the income tax is and always has been an excise tax on the use of a federal privilege (federal government employment or payments)—can let go of the drain on our property and our country. BUT… first there are some mechanics to the process of liberation, fortunately documented well on the Website http://losthorizons.com.

Not everyone wants you to lay down your needless load

That’s the point of my column today. You can go to this page of the Lost Horizons site to scroll down and find my most recent filing, and a note. Also, here’s my column on the victory. And for the most part, 90+% of the time, CtC-educated victories are a simple process of rebutting incorrect W2 and 1099 information reports. Naturally, corrupt forces inside the agency do not want the income tax to be legally applied, hence the latest scam tactic is to pick a handful of educated filers and try to frighten them back into the fold of Ignorance Tax compliance… with threat of a Frivolous Return Penalty (FRP) of $5000. Special Column: Whither Lady Liberty…

If thou knoweth or careth not, then the Tyranny Bell certainly tolleth for thee
By Brian R. Wright

Only today’s corrupted main media will make no sound of our modern liberty’s leading lady, Doreen Hendrickson’s forced whereabouts. [Image right from “Liberty Leading the People,” Eugene Delacroix, 1830.]

Yesterday was the celebration of Thanks-giving. Americans of all stripes and sizes sat before dinner tables enjoying family, and in front of televisions taking in untold ads for junk food and expensive toys, while rooting for the so-called home team. During the red-white-and-blue, 21-jet-salute half-time cere-monies, did you see a single candle held aloft for any of the millions of victims of the American criminal injustice system… much more a float memorializing that system’s all time most-cruel, most-unconstitutional, and most-heinous violations?

On Wednesday, November 29, 2017, barring a ‘reprieve from the governor’—that is, a successful motion to postpone her surrender until January 28, 2018 (in order for her to be present for a ruling on a pending motion to vacate the remaining sentence)—Mrs. Hendrickson will self-surrender at the Alderson, West Virginia, federal prison (for NOT lying) to spend the four final months of her 20-month sentence for criminal contempt of court. We must support our Lady Liberty, and the righteous cause she leads, now more than ever.

Good news! Motion to postpone surrender granted. She’s ‘free’ thru 1/28/18 at least.[1]

Still the remainder of this column applies…

You see, Doreen Hendrickson IS America’s Lady Liberty du jour. Not only did she refuse to take the back seat of a bus, she stood up to the Imperial Potentates who claimed to own her and the rest of us, and refused to officially lie to them that she is, indeed, their slave. Her quiet, noble act is the spark of the Second American R/Evolution. And the emperors being naked, there is absolutely nothing they can do to stop us. Continue reading

Guest Column: #FreeDoreen, #FreeAmerica

Hearing: 9/8/17, 0900, Detroit Federal Building, Judge Victoria Roberts
By the Dispel Ignorance, Dispense Justice Association (DIDJA)

Well, Didja?

Time to stand up again for our beleaguered heroine, Doreen Hendrickson, for whom a hearing is scheduled this Friday morning on whether Judge Roberts will continue to hold Doreen in contempt of court for refusing to commit felony perjury. Details and any last minute updates to be found at http://losthorizons.com. The Coffee Coaster is publishing, in the form of a guest column, the latest Lost Horizons newsletter article. Doreen’s husband, Pete, continues to write impassioned arguments to the federal judiciary and Justice Department exclaiming on the outrage of its exercise of unlawful, unconstitutional arbitrary power, in effect exclusively, against his wife.

He also rages against the terminally corrupted mainstream media machine that remains impervious to pleas for humanitarian common sense. Just where IS the fourth estate, supposedly speaking truth and justice to power? Where are the media, where are the people?! I have some theories… and below Pete’s Newsletter, will include something you can do.

Brian’s Column: Way Better than Winning the Lottery!

Second-year personal victories for my ‘educated’ tax filing… plus
Also, program for CtC imminent success: Tithe and Tweet
By Brian R. Wright

Just as I had done for the first time in 2015, for 2016 I filed my US 1040 and Michigan income tax forms ‘educated,’ meaning I corrected the amounts erroneously designated as income in the respective filings and entered the amounts of tax incorrectly withheld to be refunded to me. Thus in both years I have recovered my property that was improperly removed from me due to legal ignorance and/or blind obedience to authority. You can do this, too. I wish you would. It’s simple. It’s also morally righteous to NOT pay what you don’t owe… especially to tyrannical, criminal, and terminally corrupt governments:

Message and link: Take back our country one educated tax victory at a time. 200K victories, $2 billion recovered. http://losthorizons.com/The16th.htm

Background

The figure above explains most of it. Peter Eric Hendrickson, in the early 2000s—taking advantage of the fact that such records had recently been digitized for computer search—examined the federal income tax statutes and codes and discovered that our direct nonfederally privileged earnings are NOT income as defined therein. Hence, the ‘Hendrickson Discovery,’ and his cleansing, liberating book, Cracking the Code. Then his Website, losthorizons.com, where you can find my own filings for this year’s state victory and federal victory by scrolling down on this page… yielding two modest recovery checks: Continue reading

Brian’s Column: Twittering for the Cause-Oriented

Irony of a small-quick message vehicle delivering lifegiving deep-slow ‘messages’

Yes, at the common perceptual level, Twitter is a stimulus-response machine equipped for ‘he-said, she-said’ and Prominent-One notes to adoring faithful [for example, Justin Timberlake has more than 58 million followers… not that he shouldn’t] rather than promulgating salutary ideas that can move the species forward toward full independent consciousness in benevolent, voluntary community. By the way, for reference, here’s a screenprint of my own Twitter home page today, February 28, 2017:

Most of my readers are into causes, as am I. Especially grassroots causes that will distribute liberty and prosperity to real individual, peaceful human beings worldwide. But because of what call the Barrier Cloud, my cause-oriented fellows have been largely thwarted by the powers that be. By that I mean we normal, decent human beings around the world who have no interest whatsoever in harming one another—only in living in peace according to the nonaggression principle—have been systematically deceived and forced into wars and slavery by the Men of the Power Sickness. This condition is about to end.

Using Twitter to Break Through the Barrier Cloud

In this column I’m going to lay out the basics as I understand them, and simply amend my post as my understanding continues to improve. First, while Twitter is good for keeping in touch socially, it may prove IDEAL for promoting well thought-out, passionate, restorative causes. Here’s how: Continue reading
